- In this video, I will repair a BLDC ceiling fan and show in details step by step. This is my second BLDC ceiling fan repairing video. This is also Atomberg Gorila, efficio model. This fan belongs to whom, comes from 200 km away for repairing.This type of electronic control ceiling fan has many advantages over normal induction fan. Try to use this type of fan. If you are using, notice the difference. It has very less to failure history because it has so many protections and very good built quality. But some times fails due to some reason because it is electronic control device made with so many components, any component fail device will not work, I will show how to repair this.

As per your experience how is the performance and reliability of BLDC fans? Is the failure rate too high or low compared to the normal fans that are being used widely?
It totally depends on the design of the fan. Quality of few brand is really good. This type of fan will be damaged totally if lightning strike. So special care to be taken.

@@SahadebTechnical which brand u suggest? btw anyone with electrical engg background and with research from internet, can find fault in bldc fan espclly in pcb and than repair it on your own at home by buying electronic components from local shop or online? possible?

My atomberg effico fan doesn't start after powering off, i have to wait 4-5 hours then it start normally like no problem and if i switch off the fan, again i have to wait for 4-5 hours to start the fan. can you tell me what to check in the pcb or what is the exact problem?

বাংলাদেশে অটোমবার্গ ফ্যান পাওয়া যায় কি না আমার জানা নেই। যদি পাওয়া যায় তাহলে ওখান থেকেই আপনাকে স্পেয়ার্স নিতে হবে। কলকাতা থেকে পাঠানো সম্ভব না।

My atomberg efficio b l d c ceiling fan speed is increasing and decreasing after a few minute when I push the boost mode with remote.which component is damaged for it or how I can repair it please say me with an email or sms.

You can not disable feedback because it is programmed through software. You can apply my 2nd method to run that fan. I will post that video with in a week. Keep watching. Thanks

Which model have good bldc motor .... Renesa ( having only 9 pole coil) or efficio (having approx 21 pole coil)
BLDC motor quality depends mainly on circuit board quality. Pole number is not an issue.

Maximum time, control board of BLDC fan is not repairable when got damaged due to lightning. Need to replace the board with a new one.

#Atomberg is a pathetic company. Very poor customer service support. I have a pedestal fan which has the same problem. But the smps is completely sealed with glue. So we cannot repair the smps since it is sealed.
