Amnesty International protests over proposed tax hikes in Kenya

Kenyan police have been arresting people taking part in protests against government plans to introduce new taxes. Amnesty International is criticising the way the police have been handling these protests. Amnesty International Kenya's executive director Irungu Houghton paints a picture of police treatment of protesters.
