Abt Zoho, they use their own set of internal frameworks (this is a big disadvantage tbh). The ones they use r enclosed for use within their organization. So as long as u are very strong and basically proficient with programming and are confident with ur logical thinking and algorithm building skills, they shall hire u and train u exclusively on their set of internal frameworks. So they do not want u to hv knowledge on any tech stack prior to joining. If u r very sure that the only company u r gonna work for is Zoho, u do not hv to learn any stack exclusively. But it is not a safe career choice. Train urself on an useful set of stacks apart from ur career prescribed ones. Will help u if u incase switch jobs.
