The Undertaker's World Heavyweight Championship win against Batista was great. The whole setup of winning the 2007 Royal Rumble gave him so much more presence when choosing an opponent for Wrestlemania 23. It made The Undertaker's decision much more ominous for his opponent, gives me chills every time I watch him look at every champion and their belt, sizing them up. Whoever he chose you just instantly knew they were screwed. I also feel when he ultimately chose to challenge Batista for the World Heavyweight Championship it gave the title more value than before, not to discredit the other champions before him but after winning the 2007 Royal Rumble he could have easily just chosen to face off against John Cena for the WWE Championship, a championship he had already won 4 times previously, but his decision to fight for the World Heavyweight Championship at Wrestlemania 23 elevated the title to newer heights.

Yeah this modern WHC definitely has potential to be one of my favorite titles of all time. The more I see the details into the engraving and the gems are insane. WWE did an incredible job on making this new title. My favorite World Heavyweight Champion definitely goes to Triple H, he brought back the championship and elevated it to main event status again which is very rare to do in wrestling.

I remember Randy Orton winning the belt at age 24 and the evolution storylines, and as a lil youngin i was fully invested, but i think my favorite WWE holder of the big gold would have to be Edge. He made the title look so cool, and to this day i think HHH and Edge looked the best with the big gold in the WWE.

It looks amazing, but the strap isnt leather. They really put a lot of detail in the simulated leather though. I like it. I'd still get a real leather strap put on it though.
I’m probably biased because I’m super close to where he grew up in Orangeville but whenever I think of big gold I think of edge and his entrances holding the heavyweight title in some wrestling games from my childhood and I was there for his last WWE match against Shamus in Toronto. When I think of Edge I usually think of big gold.
