His memory was effected by the son of George Bush's largest campaign contributor to his failed presidential bid shooting him. It tends to help forget such matters, and to not ask questions and always say 'yes' when George says so. When the VP is a known spook and has had dealings for more than thirty years in intelligence community, and his father was instrumental in a failed coup against FDR, not to mention was a financer to Nazis and your VP's best friends are known trained assassins and drug dealers, one knows their place and sticking to the script like the good actor [puppet] he was. And he thought "the Blacks", the Reds, and unions were going to be his only problems.

Technically... lol... his admin didn't send Crack into LA. His admin allowed cocaine to come into the country. An enterprising drug dealer - no pun intended -Ricardo Ross (aka Freeway Ricky Ross) figured he could cut the cocaine, mix it with other substances, and sell more of it... hence, crack cocaine.

Why would they? They confiscate drugs, money, houses, cars, businesses, and other assets, often leaving the families destitute and poor. The legal fees and all the judicial, law enforcement, and correction jobs created due to the narratives. The US has made a lot of money off of drugs. They have bases everywhere and take out those who don't cooperate. They know where all the growing fields are located. Many deaths have been caused by their narratives, policies, and the way they have created informants.

Interdiction is a racket in itself, meant to prop up these interagency programs. The longer they play the game, the longer they have to put off doing real work - they get to claim they’re heroes too!
