the context of this video is that Felix 1957 accident was not his first brutall accident
he never had any good brakes, the railroad could afford to restore him but the railroad president said no
in 1948 he crashed in to another train but in to box cars, not tankers, he was pulling a passenger train and almost killed most of the passenger crew,
the only thing that got restored from him was his cowcatcher, couplers and siderods, the railroad kept his failing brakes because the railroad president said so and he was sort of a selfish ass, never cared about Felix
even if he was on time, in fact he hated Felix
