For some reason hot chocolate really got me to sleep when I was a kid, maybe it was just the comfort of a warm feeling idk lol
actually,the children will have a sugar shock 30 minutes they will be full of energy and then they will sleep
If you overload with sugar, your body purges it from the bloodstream and tries to store it instead. This leads to a severe lack of sugar in the body which causes your body to release a bunch back in... back and forth with less extreme highs and lows until you stabilize.
