At one time Ena was considered one of the best dressed women in the world. Her jewels were simply magnificent. Too bad her marriage was so unhappy and that she was a carrier of hemophilia. Two of her sons had hemophilia.

I think many of the pieces are far too chunky for today's fashion. And many are too big for the more natural hairdos, they seem to weigh down the wearer. No wonder that many prefer the smaller tiaras and less ostentatious pieces!
