This looks really good! And mixing it in the casserole is clever. Why dirty a bowl? I like the cubed ham in this. A refreshing change from chicken or gr beef.

That, with the ham and rice seasonings has to be so salty. Believe I would have used diced Chicken or boneless Pork Chops, and mixed the other ingredients in a bowl.
