I didn't hear anything. Haven't heard from locals about any water surges, although we are in the California Delta. Thank you for the video. My mom made me gargle with a warm, spicy, sweet, onion concoction. My sore throat was gone the next day. It tastes terrible but it sure works. Feel better soon. ☺☺☺
