I've created an easier to view list of all my bass parts here : basshymn.blogsp...
Here's the tenor part for ''Ave Verum" by Mozart. A much requested video, this is the first time I've done a tenor part.
This is part of a resource for church choirs of all the bass parts to everything ever ... and this tenor part!
Please contact me if you've seen this and I don't know you personally, as it would be interesting to know if anyone has used this.
Thank you for doing these videos. As the lowest voice in my female choral group, I am grateful to hear the bass and tenor parts sung in the proper register. So useful for practice!
+Kristen McQuillin great! Glad you find it useful! How low can you go? :-)
As a beginning organist, this video was very helpful in learning to play this piece to accompany a singer. Thank you!
Great, that sounds good
thank you for making this! I had a honor choir tryout tomorrow and this has helped out alot!
No problem! How did it go?
I am a tenor. Thank you for this recording
Happy to help!
thank you...you've accelerated my progress in this tenor part...
Accelerated learning ... that’s a good way to describe what I’m trying to do! Thanks
Excelente, me recuerda cuando fui coreuta y ensayabamos está pieza coral increíble
Thank you, gracias
Ave verum corpus natum de Maria Virgine
Vere passum, immolatum in cruce pro homine
Cuius latus perforatum unda fluxit et sanguine
Esto nobis praegustatum mortis in examine
O Iesu dulcis, o Iesu pie, o Iesu fili Mariae.

Wow, 149k views! Astonishingly, your voice is even better now.
So kind!
Davvero grazie, sei un grande aiuto!
Thanks!
I find this very helpful in learning the tenor part. Thanks
+Karl Higgins thanks a lot - yes, this is my only tenor part video. Might do a few more one day
I agree and I can naturally sing this part easily since I am in vocal training as a tenor and have sung in choirs and in my opera program as tenor parts, mostly tenor 2.
Creo que lo correcto es "natum DE Maria Virgine", y no "natum EX Maria Virgine"; digo, si no estoy equivocado.
Thanks for the insight.
It is not accepted which word Mozart originally used. Editions differ. I have heard both.
Muchas gracias por tu ayuda.
Thank you - gracias

basshymn the tenor part for O Bone Jesu would be good.
+Karl Higgins don't think I know that one! Who's it by?
It is by Palestrina
grazie :)
Happy to help
I think it is by a Marco Antonio Ingegneri.
+Karl Higgins do you mean, it's wrongly attributed to Mozart? Never heard that about this piece before. Don't think it sounds early enough for Ingegneri...
Goede hulp
Thanks
Bisschen üben würde ich empfehlen
