Not able to regain the confidence and strength to write my IELTS again , last I wrote in January 2018 , my result of this test is - L 8.5, R 9 , S 8 , W 6.5 , getting confused with Writing task 1 and 2 each time I start to write an email or an essay , your videos are helping me regain my confidence to write again , not everyone can afford multiple attempts due to financial constraints , hope with e2 learning I am able to achieve my dream score of CLB 10 in all of the 4 modules . Yes! Work on your weaknesses first. Give your time to that and this channel is very helpful for understanding the writing test specifically more well. Practice reading and listening together always. It helps you more than doing it separately on different days. Also listen to English content in this week more like watch movies or seasons. Whatever you like. Learn new vocabulary and try to use it in your writing and speaking.And on test day, keep listening to some english podcast and speak to yourself in english only if you are not a native english person.That makes your mind prepared on the day.All the very best.

Just came here to thank the E2 team for very helpful videos. I prepared only by watching your videos for almost 2 weeks. Hello Jay, I really love your video and tips. But I have some questions to you, In your 1st Informal writing task 1 video. You started letter with "I am writing to" and In that particular video, Also, mentioned closing sentence like " I am looking forward to hearing from you". But in Top Tips video, you mentioned not to use those sentences. Could you please suggest here, what we need to do or not?

With your help I finished my letter in less than 20 minutes. I knew the structure by heart because the way you explained it and me practicing the same. I got a formal letter. Your structure was spot on. I did not waste any time thinking. Moving on to writing task 2 again i knew the structure so it was easier to finish the essay on time. I took the second sheet as advised 😉. And of course your videos were helpful in all the other parts of the test as well. Big thank you

Tjere is a full-stop after the word winter in 3rd para. You cannot make a complex sentence with the word "so", (and of course, the I of the if is capital), because otherwise you can keep going forever pointlessly.

Computer-delivered IELTS makes writing easier as you can make corrections easily. You should try that.

Tjere is a full-stop after the word winter in 3rd para. You cannot make a complex sentence with the word "so", (and of course, the I of the if is capital), because otherwise you can keep going forever pointlessly.
