I loved every game but I play two game on daily basis pubg, rok, coc, cod
Among all clash of clans community and community service is just far beyond good
You can clearly see the difference between coc and rok in terms of transparency , services etc,.
Heck we just yesterday celebrated 40th year anniversary of clash of clans and 10th anniversary of coc mobile game
And we still going on and we are stick to this game why because their community manager is part of us instead of hiding and their team too.
Rok has great fundamental of game but drive by team of discarded leadership, selfish team , hard going, lack of transparency team

Let's just say that you would of been a mid spender using about 200-300$:s on crystal tech. Then Lillith takes it away twice. Did you at least get crystals returned or did you need to buy all crystals again? If you were left on empty then Lillith's bug's are actively killing f2p's and low spenders.

We had this happen last kvk when they first introduced Kau Karauk. It was extremely frustrating. I can't even imagine if we were fighting at the time. Luckily ours happened before first pass opened. I'm so sorry my friend. Hope they are done messing with it..
Just wanted to add that it was exactly the same. We had it reset twice because they gave too much the first time. So how have they not perfected the process of doing this? I get it, mistakes happen...but if you have to reset it then it should be reset correctly. I think they just need to take the L if it's still wrong. They lose enough players due to crystal tech...will they lose more now? Hope it was worth the squeeze for them. I know it wasn't for anyone in this massive kvk.
So why lilith didn’t fixed it and brought the same bug for the next kvk….real unaceptable we all saw the event page was saying diferent time from chronicles for the begining of the event….lilith is sleeping in good beds with our money and doesn’t give a shit …
BTW they did it to me as well but worse. They gave me 87.4M while I had 99M in the last reset. This is extremely unacceptable

i thought about that, problem is it's not realistic. You'll need to get certain techs early like the favor and crystal bastion techs and barb stuff, which i can skip because i'm already over that hump.

seeing them reset all that in a blink of an eye not once but twice because of a mistake they did, that didn't actually represent any major problem to the game makes me question every moment in this game if I actually was playing it, or they playing me. I think i am coming closer and closer to just delete this game after 3 years and find myself some other game that i actually will enjoy.

1. it was Lilith mistake to release karak (whatever the name is) before his time.
2. now dont tell you nobody knew it was a bug....(but still doing it)
3. i haven't done it so my tech is perfectly fine.
4. Lilith way to fix the problem was a good move but done by dogs instead of human been.
5. immagine if some low spender has access to crystals that others dont because of time zone or other motivations.... it would not be fair for the ppl that didnt had time to kill karak.
is just my point of view dont take it personally i understand the frustration because now noone knows if the amount of crystals coins are correct or not.

Really is a (2nd) low blow from Lilth isn't it? I'm oneof the people who would need to wait for helps and I'm also a person who normally dosent have multiple hrs in a row to "play". Not sure play is the correct word for spending hrs reremaxing tech. When I make a mistake I try to do my best to not let it negatively the other party. Sounds like Lilth feels no such obligation. They could throw some compensation to the people they screwed over. Even though I'm sure it wouldn't be enough. Instead they... um idk trying to think of a PG thing to say and nothing is coming to me. I was going to use a certain metaphor but I'll refrain from making a sexual comparison. I guess your just supposed to say "thank you sir may I have another?"
They handled the issue so poorly. If there was a bug that releases the Kau Karuak event early, then they should set the crystal tech back to right before that Kau Karuak appears, not resetting the whole crystal tech.
At this rate, one day, they might reset everyone's building and tech to level 1.
