Hi Vlad! I'm so excited for training for trailrunning this summer in the US. I just registered for a 3,100m elevation gain 10k. In two months - gotta get on it! Love your videos.
I think focusing on your weakness first is a very intelligent and sound approach. Also, downhill is possibly the most overlooked aspect in trail running, so I believe you can reap great benefits from that. I wish you a wonderful TR season here in Europe. Cheers!

Hi Vlad, i watch your strengthening videos and your can a heavy smoker become a pro runner. Verry inspiring! I'm training for a 42 K trail running run at the end of summer. I am 36 and in good shape over all. I would like to know your thought on what can i run next year and so on If i keept training after my race and all the winter. What do you think can i race next year? 80 K or even more? Is there any linear route for progression or can it become exponential? Thank you!
