Holy moly that's insane my highest was 204 my lowest was 91 (which was also unhealthy) now I'm 127lbs and recovered from both my EDs, before I would over eat then I stopped eating entirely. Now my relationship with food is healthy :)

Have you tried a low carb diet? Your probably are insulin resistant and that makes you hungry even after eating plus it stores fat. There are lots of keto/low carb videos on CZcams. Check out "Low Carb Love". That lady lost a ton of weight. I lost 85 lbs. Like you I had been up and down the same 10 lbs for years. Go for it.

@@barbaramacdonald3128 Honestly, having a low carb diet is just a bad idea. Without energy it makes the person feel terrible, aka most people would quit. Would actually be better if they just stopped consuming (bad carbs like sugar), ate more fiber/starch, and just jogged for 35 - 50 mins a day
I think a lot of this happens from being molested or something as a child and only someone who has gone through that experience probably understands it.

Same kinda. I’m roughly 150lbs and tryna get down to around 130lbs before June so I’m just watching stuff like this to motivate me. Today I had my first real work out with the help of my mom (weightlifter and has a full on gym in the garage) and I mentally feel better already.

I worked for a company that makes hospital beds. I had a nurse call me for the biggest bed we made. She also told me the patient was so BIG that they called the zoo to see if they could use the scale they used for the big animals. Of course the zoo could not comply and I damn near lost it when she told me that.

This is actually very sad. Not one of these people truly love themselves. What I see is very huge, unhappy, miserable and hurting people. They use food as a coping mechanism because they refuse to accept reality and life on it’s own terms. Wow, I remember when I was 308 lbs. I'm still pushing for 210, I'm right now 267, we all have to take care off our selves. Live longer and thrive, I really feel bad, being overweight truly is a struggle, but motivation is always key to surviving

Using food as a comfort in a stress filled life is so hard to control. I was 302, now 279. Type 2 diabetes and Ozempic has helped me lose 9 lbs in 6 weeks. Before Ozwmpic my sugars were 12-16 now they are down to 5-7.

Gym gym gym gym. Start going to the gym, I repeat start going to the gym. Pick a body part to start, work it every day until you get results. The first year I started lifting I could wrap my entire hand around my bicep and my chest was concave. Now my arm is five times as big I have rock hard pecks and abs and you just cannot take it away from me or knock the smile off my face. Don't worry about cardio ever, just diet and lift and in 30-40 months you will be very happy.

"metabolism gave up on me" what a joke. And if it's part of your body that "gaveg out" why are you disappointed? I'm sure you haven't had objective determination on the rate your body converts food to energy over time. Also people with a fast metabolism who over/emotionally eat will get fatter if they are able to re-feed themselves when they are done burning carbs, if they eat more carbs with fat too their metabolism being fast will make it worse.
My guess is you developed new eating habits and don't exercise enough, I'd actually bet everything on it because I know I'm right already. The good news is if you start exercise and eating correctly you will easily lose this weight and feel proud, very proud.

Im 5'9 and the heaviest I got was 260 when I was pregnant with my girls each time. Both of my daughters were 9 pounds. I evebtually went down to 170 both times again. But I dream of going back down to the weight I was before I had them, which was 125. When I was big like that. It was hard to breath. I cant imagine how it is for these people.

Drink cool refreshing water. Nothing else. Eat steak and salad no bread or other flour products. Stay away from vegetable oils. That is a very good start. Stay away from sugar completely if you have no self control.

Once the scale says 300 lbs you gotta make a change but once it says 400 lbs you gotta be real with yourself. Never mind 500 lbs & more. Health is wealth.
