Fantastic review !!!!!! I recently purchased the same lift and it has operated perfectly. The lift does not bounce when there is weight on the table. I have been through the Redline and Harbor Freight models and both failed. If you're going to buy another Handy SAM 1200 I would look at buying it from Mile-X. Best price around.
Enjoy your new lift table !!!!!!!!!
Tom Queisser.. Yeah my Titan lift didn't last long. I know the lift doesn't bounce like I showed in the video with a motorcycle on it, that was just for demonstration. However it will lift up when you take the bike off of the lift and it could hit your fender or cause you to drop the bike if you do not let all of the air out before removing the bike.
Tom Queisser... I bought the lift directly from Handy. I didn't think it would be any cheaper if I bought from another company that they themselves had to buy it from Handy to then resale..
I have one and would recommend it over any other lift period . mine had a small scratch from shipping in the ramp area corner. function is fantastic & Use it all the time
I would definitely agree.
Thank you my new friend and support
Thank you too
Thumbs up for supporting America made!!! Cheap anything is for rich people who can afford to buy it again and again. More Americans need to quit crying like babies and support their own. When you do the people around you then have money to pay for the services and goods you sell to live. As a Canadian I just opened the box on my Handy today and am in love!!! No thanks... china freight, china mart, china depot, china tire and china princess auto.
Well said, thanks.
Hello new friend here from Ryan the Syrian..Done Fullpack to you host..keep safe on what you're doing right now..
Thanks!!
Those air bags are pretty tough. It looks like a lift axle bag for a dump truck or trailer. Nice lift man great video. 👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸 made one the USA thank you.
TheHeavyWrench.. The reason I made the comment in this video about the sparks is my dad was cutting some steel with a torch and some molten steel/slag feel on the top of his steel toe boot. It burned through the leather of his boot, through his foot and through the sole of his boot. Stopping when it hit the concrete floor under his boot.. And he had on iron worker boots with the leather tongue and the leather flap the covers the shoe strings... I don't think I will ever be doing that on or near the lift though so I should be ok..
Pretty sure this review helps a lot of people.. Did a good job my friend
Thanks 👍
Good review, I will get to get one of these some day!
Thank you!! It's an awesome lift.

Thank you. I wish I had a bigger garage/shop
@@RenegadesGarage mine is a mess
Thanks for doing this review man. I am seriously looking at buying the same unit and I’m sold now. It’s also made in the USA which doesn’t hurt either. Cheers 🍻
Glad I could help.. It is a little more than some of the other brands but definitely worth the money.
Hello fam! Great review. Sending you support and love. New from friend Ryan.💜🙂
Thanks and welcome
I appreciate the video. Thank you. Specially you mentioning the price. It annoys me when the person won’t mention a price as if they’re revealing a state secret.
Glad it was helpful and that you enjoyed the video..
Thank for this video. I am once again looking at lifts due to another failed lift.
Nick Hildabridle.. Yeah I got this lift to replace the Titan brand lift that I was having problems with. So far this lift is awesome and well worth the price..
Thats cool
One of the best lifts.
That's good man. Keep the videos going ;)
Thanks, will do!
I sent Handy an email 3 months ago to enquire about buying a lift. All I wanted to know was about shipping destination plus an alternative; I was all set to give them my credit card. I'm still waiting for a reply. While it's not a direct replacement, I bought an Abba Skylift instead.
I've never heard of the Abba Skylift. I will have to check it out. Thanks for sharing your experience.
I like the new versions of this lifts.
The ones I use at work have the airram. With the extra 24" for working on Zero turn mowers.
If it's not broken fix it.. Yeah the Titan lift that I had before this one was an air ram and I had the front and side extensions. It was wide enough for a trike or SxS and long enough for choppers. I never really used the extensions though. So far I love this lift. I've had it long enough now to be over the sticker price. Thanks for watching..
Nice lift
Rat Fink.. Thank you and thanks for watching
Sending my full support thanks for sharing

New friend here host #ryan
Thank you my friend..
This is so good..#.Ryan
Thanks
Like the video! Can we get an update? I'm waiting for mine to ship and very anxious.
Unfortunately I sold the lift because we got rid of our bikes. I wish I would have kept it because it was a great lift.
@@RenegadesGarage They look built to with stand time. Thanks for the update!
Cool channel brother! Subbed 👍 ARCO
Thank you I appreciate it brother..
Nice review---thanks--- Did the unit come with the entry ramp?
Yes it came with the ramp.
I agree! That is awesome !! 👍👍. How bad did it hit your wallet? Oh, $1600, looks worth it. It looks like good quality . How nice, and made in the good old US of A! 🇺🇸
Simply Biking.. Yeah it seems to be made a lot better than the other lift I had. Thanks for watching.
I gotta get me one of those lifts.
RedNeck Garage. It is definitely worth the money. Heck I also use it as an adjustable height table when it doesn't have a bike on it. Thanks for watching
@@RenegadesGarage i would use it the same way too. Be a nice welding table lol.
Supprt here from ryan
Thanks
Can anyone tell me the inside measurements of the square tube on the non-rolling end?
I sold it. You can probably find out that info on their website.
www.handyindustries.com/
Thanks for the video. A favor if you would. What is he brand and model # of the air spring. Thanks again.
I have no idea. I sold the lift when we sold our bikes due to my health issues.
hey! great review and really like the lift! I have a one question - how thick are the scissor legs - I mean width and depth? Is it 70mm x 30 mm or something elase? Would be grateful for you response.
I'm really not sure. Unfortunately I sold the lift so I can't check it for ya.. Try going to the Handy Industries website and see if they offer some specs on it..
@@RenegadesGarage ah ok many tkanks for confirming
Nice lift!! Im sure its a necessity if youre doin much work on bikes!!
307 J.O.A.T Thank you.
Its awesome ya started a channel!! Im sure there will be a lot of interest in working on bikes and how to stuff you can be doing. My most viewed videos are how to vids on mechanical stuff.
@@307j.o.a.t9 I just hope I can come up with enough stuff to video so I don't run out of content.
@@RenegadesGarage it can be tough sometimes and most of what i put up os just my projects i do and only get viewed by people that like to see what im up to but once in awhile i get one up that helps a lot of people. Id say do what you like amd have fun amd if youre diagnosing or fixing an issue those will be the big ones but jist sittn round the fire or kitchen table tellin a story or sething will get views too.
@@307j.o.a.t9 That's true. Thank you for the advice. I appreciate it..
so many reviews of this lift mention damage in shipping and just issues start from there. i'm on the fence between this, the HMC (which i think owns Handy) or a K&L. money is not a factor, i just want something delivered in "as described" condition and in perfect working condition.
There are a few reviews that mention damage. I think Janco Industries owns Handy. Considering the damage and the price I'm not sure if I would buy another one. Handy used to be on top, not so much anymore.
@@RenegadesGarage appreciate this feedback. yeah, after their bankruptcy issue and new ownership, i think they might be cutting corners. would hate for that to be at my expense.
good video iam getting ready to buy one can you tell me were you got yours
I ordered mine directly from Handy on their website. Here's a link to their website: www.handyindustries.com/
with the weight of the bike on it , does it reduce the springiness?
Absolutely, like I said in the video it doesn't do that with a bike on the lift.. But also like I said if you don't let all of the air out of it when you take the bike off the lift, the lift could come up and hit your fender or even cause you to drop your bike if you are not expecting it to come up so just be careful.
What company did u order from?
JC Cuby... Handy Industries themselves.
I would not accept damaged
I shouldn't have but it's just a couple of dents. I could straighten them out with a hammer if I wanted to but it doesn't effect the operation of the lift. Thanks for watching..
Watching from and done connect Ryan please return New friend god bless 🙏
Thank you, I will
A fool and his money are soon parted!
Paid $500 more for a motorcycle lift that you had to pay extra money to get the front wheel vise(something that should have been included with the lift not sold extra), and you biggest reason for buying it was that it is manufactured in the USA???
Clearly they saw you coming!
Everything you’ve shown on or about that lift looks and sounds like it was built buy the cheapest possible builder and sold for the most money they could get out of their customers!
Did they charge extra for the pull out panel where you can pull it out to remove your rear wheel from the bike?
You had a lift that you paid$1,100 for that had a diamond plate deck(not smooth), came with extra panels to make it wider, longer loading ramps for bikes that might have less ground clearance, all of that was included in the $1,100 price tag and you felt that it was worth the extra money to buy a lift made out of 20ga. stamped sheet metal, paid extra for the front wheel vise(absolutely necessary to hold a motorcycle upright while on a lift), it doesn’t have the wide add on sides, and I’m guessing (cause I fast forwarded to the end) that it only has the basic type of loading ramp that may or may not be sturdy enough to hold up to multiple uses of loading 900lb+ bikes?!
This seemed like a good deal to you?
Good luck with that!
I was having major problems with the other lift so that’s why I got rid of it and bought the other one. Thanks for watching .
