I pray he can sing again. Bless his heart. ❤ I have lost my ability to sing as well. My lungs have failed. Never smoked...but grew up in a copper smelter town. I sang all over the world, directed large choirs, sang with my kids and husband. Now it's all memories. The next life will be doubly sweet when so many things are restored once again.

God can always turn around something bad for good. Those three crosses are a witness to God’s amazing Grace. I had a Japanese trainer who came over to U.S. to train us. He asked what do the three crosses mean? Those crosses he asked about were those of Calvary. I was able to share the gospel with him. Many have come to the cross of Calvary and found salvation.

I don't care what anyone says. Randy Travis is THE greatest country music singer/songwriter of all time. His distinctive vocals and amazing songs have stuck with me and many other fans for many years. My dad wore out his Randy Travis cassettes on our drives from Virginia to North Carolina when we would go visit my grandparents and his songs more than any other artist have grabbed my soul and stay with me. A true legend.

I've heard this so many times as a kid in on car rides but was too young to really listen and understand. I'm 28 now and have just started really liking and respecting country music and this song heard through my ears for the first time as a man gave me goosebumps. What a classic. i remember when i hit the bottle pretty hard after i got out of the army...i wanted to stay in but with the whole sequestration that happened back in 2014 if you werent soldier of the month material you were basically kept from re-enlisting. I ended up finding myself literally in the gutter across the street from a catholic church and a man who was walking with his wife and 2 kids to sunday mass put his hand out and said "let me help you up bud, there's someone i know who can help you" and that day at mass did more for me than 6 years of therapy and meds ever did! to this day i cant think of the man and his family without hearing this song

Almost everytime I go somewhere there r 3 crosses on the right side of the highway .I think of this song when this happen .I also seen some people crying at a place someone had died .I didnt ask them, just knew they were in pain and saddened.
