I agree! And it's important to have a master bathroom so the parents don't have to take a hike to the other end of the RV in the middle of the night! Other than that, I LOVE it!!
Second bathroom = smaller living space. That's the only trade-off. I think their thought was to make the main bathroom the size of a standard home bathroom, then having 2 half size (like most RVs come with).
Love this one! Spiral stairs 👀 the only thing I woulda changed was maybe in the master, at the end of the bed at that dresser, put another televator and the fireplace there or just a place for the tv and the fireplace at the end of the bed. That’s just me tho 🤣 I liked it just the way it was too
The Floorplan is AWESOME but does it come in a better quality package or only the cheap travel trailer "stick and tin partical board " etc.? Something that's better built like a 5th wheel construction, all season etc ?
I sent this to my 2 oldest sons..when they make their fortunes i want one of these. Daddy and i will have the master. The brother that will be with us for a long time will get one and the other that is still home because mom and little brother need help will get the other. With space for the grandkids too. That fridge and pantry sold me... then the bathroom omg! The shower is bigger and nicer than the one in our house. Well most of this is better than what we have in our house. Very nice video.
Just an FYI... to open RV drawers lift the drawer just a little to disengage the holding mechanism (used in RV drawers to keep from opening during transit). This way you don't have to pull so hard and rip the drawer handle off...
This is really nice ....but I'm confused as to if this is something that can be towed every weekend or is it more of a destination trailer designed to sit for long periods of time?
I love this! I haven't seen anything that I liked that would have enough room for a big family. Only thing I would change is make a little more space in the master bedroom for a possible baby bed. Other then that I love it

These are Destination RV/Mobile Homes. Not ideal for traveling. But if you plan on staying somewhere for at least 6months, i think the "Destination" Rvs are great. This one really needs a 2nd bthrm, maybe a 1 1/2 bath. I did really like the large Washer & Dryer area in the bathroom instead of bedroom. Speaking of bedroom, not really impressed w/this one. It's definitely lacking.

Hi guys...I looked at parts of this video again so I could give you my opinion. First this RV is really unique and there are aspects I really like but also some I don't. First I am not a fan of so many windows in any RV. I like my privacy and more windows gives less privacy and less storage capability. I don't see a good reason to have 2 doors in tge kitchen/luvingroom area so near to one another. There is so much wasted space across from that massive kitchen island that I see no reason for. I also personally dislike televators. I keep thinking what if power goes out or parts break? Also what if someone puts a glass of liquid on the console and it falls inside of the tv? I would just leave the tv up at all times and there is massive wasted space alongside it. I do like the 2 loft spaces. They are 2 of the best designed loft areas I've ever seen. There seems to be a lot of wasted space in the bathroom as well but great linen closet or washer/dryer area. Going back toward the master bedroom I have dislikes again with wasted space by the dresser. Too many windows in this bedroom. They could have designed for a larger dresser and....no other bathroom? There's no bathroom near the master? The occupants would have to walk all the way down to the opposite end of their RV past any company just to use the bathroom?? No way!!!! That's so inconvenient and embarrassing I would hate it. There are a lot of great desogn features in this model the engineers could easily rearrange some things and make this the nicest RV of 2023. Hire me, guys... I'll show you what I mean!! Lol....
Hey Hunter, this unit also Cedar Creek Really nice. Now if that design had the Featureof Riverstone Legacy MC or even Many Toy haulers.they have drop down bed from ceiling. Perhaps the lofts could extend up so you have more ceing height upstairs. Anyway you do am amazing job on video And quick view as always lots of info and great tunes! Cheers Doug 😎

Really like this RV. Some things to change/redesign... Put the bigger loft on the opposite end of the Primary bedroom. I work remotely and would gut the primary bedroom and use it as a home office. Thus the primary would go up to a loft. I would put the kids in the larger loft and therefore they wouldn't be over the office making noise when playing. Also what's under the stairs to the back loft? That is an excellent place for storage under those stairs. And the Sofa, is there storage in the sofa? Does it convert to a bed?
Bring the pantry shelves all the way out instead of wasting all that space. I'm sure they're going to say that they do that so you can put your brooms and stuff in there but most people would rather have shelf space, I can hide the broom behind the couch.
What are your thoughts on it? Me and my wife are looking to live in an RV till we can afford to build our house next year. She saw this and thought it looked good enough to live in and we have a friend that bought and lives in there 5th wheel but it is on there parents property. We have found land that we want to buy and put this trailer on and then build on top of it but we aren't sure if this is the right fit or should we go down the route of building a tiny home for now. Just wanted to hear your thoughts on this RV huge fan and love what you're doing.
nother cool thing is I thought of this , if you own a longer motorhome the ones who make them can design and build all turn radius for all the wheels turning while turning for up to 20 mph and cameras on all sides front and back also sensors telling you when you're libed up with the road or like a frame by frame turn once ever y second the other wheels turn while turning. But this peice is super good I have not seen one yet I'm sure there will be many cool ones such as this being built soon . The reason they can't make them taller is because of bridges.
I think they should have made the dresser smaller and put one small hanging closets on each side of dresser and put in a half bath where the closets are . To far to go to bathroom at night and only one bathroom with more than two people would suck. No need for fire place in bedroom. Much rather have two bathrooms than a fireplace and closets I'm sure I'm not the only one who would agree.
Missed opportunity for a tub! Instead of the bay area in the bedroom, maybe add a flip up desk. Pull out bed in sofa. Take away the window behind tv and add upper storage. Otherwise, very nice design.

I think it's "almost" there. At least what I want. The fireplace is not at the foot of the bed, It needs the biggest stove for full time living and the placement (not centered) . I would also love the kitchen island under the windows so I can pass through items outside without walking around it. That would also allow for more cabinets under the current sitting area or just leave enough for 1 stool and move the other outlet from the backside to the front for kitchen items when I need them. You also can't open the left fridge door completely. :( Personally I think destination trailers should have the option of mini splits (that would eliminate the floor vents and the ceiling vents) and hot water on demand units. I would also like that back bathroom window to be a door instead of at the front.

I would love to have this in my seasonal site but I wish they made it for couples with pets, not families. I'd love it without the bunks and add a king bed. Even a bit shorter like my 353FLFB, our campgrounds have a lot of shallow sites. I never understand why park models always have such tiny ovens / cooktops. We get a lot of cold weather or rain in April-May, Oct-Nov, and use the inside to cook more than the outside. Great job on your video presentation, I loved the attention you paid to the inside.
Love it Love it my sisterinlaw just showed it to me. This is is a perfect spot for me its wow floorplan. I would love to purchase this for myself. Are they making them as they are ordered or they have plenty available. I love to cook this is my space of a kitchen fridge and the stair case is beautiful.
