So, at around 6:45 you missed the sign with the eyes that mentions the cameras. The eyes are supposed to be looking straight, but instead they were looking to the left.

I noticed the anomaly the first time you reached the 8th level. It was the sign on the ceiling, it said turn back. Not easy to spot, so don't worry. And you missing it means more content which is a good thing.
Moving posters [growing in size, following you] the changing dates, face in ceiling, crooked lights, ups9dedown back side of the top sign seem to be common missed anomalies. Sadly yes the fake exit is a thing. Look at the Number of the exit next to the stairs: if its 8 you're good.
