If men can't hit women for any reason, women shouldn't be allowed to hit men for any reason, either. That's why this gets to me. If it was me in that position, I'd protest.

As a Trails game I don't really expect to see anything, still 5:52 is pretty close to fully bare. I could see the modding community getting on that quick. lol

How come the playable characters have no voice dialogue in this scene earlier while they do use voice dialogue for Judith and then in 5:39 the playable characters now spoke with voices in dialogue?

When theres not a story important scene, and they do want to have voice acting, they usually tend to just voice the most important character(s) / moment(s) in said scene.
It's really something to get used to after playing all of Sky and Zero/Azure, since almost the entire game is voiced for all of those.
@FazFaz Really? That's an odd choice for picking no voice dialogue and giving the other characters voice dialogue for a specific scene in a video game.
yeah, small company small budget moment. It's unfortunate, but expected.
It's a Nisa dubbing thing as well. xseed went the extra mile in a lot of the falcom games.
Nisa did cheaper labor so we pay these prices cause falcom chose not to add va to certain parts.

Can someone explain to me WHY Van's getting slapped? It's not like he undressed her or anything, surely everyone knows that right? Given that her wardrobe fell open and he was looking in her direction it would be stranger if he saw nothing. Then you have the Aaron, the one who SHOULD'VE been slapped for his openly lecherous remarks, getting off scot free. Make it make sense.

The irony is when you regain control after the following scenes you go to apologize to her and she’s like
“well with all the sex scenes and other stuff in my movies a semi nude barely registers”
And she even makes an off hilter comment about her mom telling her not to be a loose woman and save herself
Although tbf I highly doubt she’s actually had sex most sex scenes in r-17 movies tend to be staged
But moral is she’s shown more to countless people who’ve seen her director cut movies and she probably just wanted a reason to slap van lol

It's unfortunate that you think so. I played in Japanese first so my preference does go to JP VO, however I do think that the English dub sounds great. The only thing I don't really like is how they pronounce Agnes. It sounds like they say "Annyes"
I think I would've liked it more if they pronounced it "Acknes", but maybe I should hear how they say it and then compare
Problem stems from the English VAs themselves, some don't out in the effort, some have no passion and some just do as they are told while you compare to the Japanese VA, they put in passion, effort and actually look into the characters they are voicing.
Biggest example I can point out is one of the game (forgot the name) where all the English VA refuse to work because the devs wanted to focus more on fan service.
They use the French pronunciation for Agnes, which makes sense since Calvard is partially based on France. Same case with Quatre, which is pronounced the same as the French word for the number four.
God, I hate this slap trope! hah
