I bought a 25# bag of masa harina I don't know what to do with it. Now I have lots of recipes to try, both savory and sweet. Thanks.
Masa has a lot more nutrition than corn meal. I love it in savory dishes. I have never thought to use it in a sweet dish.

@@mexicancookingwithgaby6589 I did. I burned them a little bit with practice it'll be perfect! Love the texture and the way it caramelized sugar in the mix. I also did orange bitters, clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, vanilla

Honestly I don't know. Never tried. People say yes. Maybe do only half of the recipe and give it a try.

OK, I found the link via a different video... But your recipe on the website doesn't tell you when to add in the oil... Do you add it alternately, with the masa harina?
