It is very beautiful there! Unfortunately, this video was filmed 3 years ago and I don’t live there anymore so I’m not about to capture how it looks in other seasons. The Allgaü region is absolutely stunning though. I’d encourage you to Google photos to see the pretty hills and cute dairy cows!

Hey girl, Vitamin D isn´t being made when you walk around in winter wear. You can get it from a good sunbath in the summer, but that also has it´s own risk of damaging skin. You probably wouldn´t get enough Vitamin D for the winter months with the small amount we get from the Sun in the summer. My advice to you is simple. Take oil based Vitamin D3 + K2 drops and check your Vit D levels in your blood after 3 months. Vitamin D isn´t just a Vitamin, it´s more of a hormone and we need in thousands of processes in our body.

Even in Spain and Italy there is very little natural UV light at this time of year! And the shoes - well, they speak for themselves. Painful to watch.

It does have a small grocery store which has a DHL kiosk inside that serves as the post office.
