Universal temperature measurement on an electric scooter! (First version!)

This project occurred to me when I was looking for a thermometer that would have long sensors and maybe 5 outputs.
Unfortunately, I did not find any such thermometer, so it was time to create my own solution.
It is possible to connect up to 10 sensors via one cable that will lead to the display.
The sensor can be inserted into a flashlight, between controllers, on critical connections or where it is simply needed :)
Personally, I was looking for a universal solution and I did not find anything similar.
Of course, there will also be a custom cover so that it can be firmly attached to the handlebars. (the first versions will definitely be 3d printed)
If it works out, I plan to make a small sensor that can be inserted directly into the wheel and sense the temperature inside the engine.
This solution should be universal for all types of scooters.
This is the first phase of testing, so there are still plenty of bugs. It is necessary to debug the code and ensure the accuracy of the measurement.
