- We stayed at Planet Hollywood Cancun and this was our room with a few quick scenery shots at the end . Jr suite swim out room on the adults only side. This building was one building away from one of the main pools but we did not have any issues with noise. The staff was very accommodating. I would definitely stay here again

Thank you for the detailed video! I visited Planet Hollywood too. Overall it’s nice, but their are a few little things they need to fix… like missing letters on the wall in my room🥴. I had the room with two bathroom which was nice, but I could have saved some coins and got what you got lol. Thanks again for the video!
Not the missing letters 😩. Yes I also noticed a couple things that they could update at the resort as well. I hope you still had a great time on your visit though! 😊

Considering this resort as well as the swim out room. Did you upgrade to STAR level and how was the food?
We didn’t upgrade to STAR level. At the time it didn’t seem like it was worth it for our personal experience. We still enjoyed our everything either way .
I have a lot of dietary restrictions and everything I was able to eat was pretty good . I don’t recall not liking anything I tried .

Great review! Can you advise if there were any damp/mould/mildew smell issues with the room or bugs/cleanliness issues?
We personally didn’t have issues with that at all . The only issue we had was the rust in the shower in the first room we were in . I requested a different room and they were able to move us. Other than that there were no smells or anything wrong when it came to cleanliness . I have stayed in rooms like that before at other resorts but nothing like that with this one . The room , restaurants, and resort was great !

building 22 has a problem with dampness
does the swim out connect to the main pool?
No they don’t . It’s more like all the swim out rooms were connected to the same swim out pool but still had their own sections .
