Такую работу надо делать на мольберт или на чертежном столе. Так_как на работу смотреть надо под прямым углом горизонтально. Чтобы на взгляд прикидываться окружность. То лучше для это накладывать прзрачную рамку с окружность. Если к примеру хочу метр на сорок портрет изобразить. Так_как же формы глазниц, надо ли сразу вычерщивать, так-как у неё треугольные

Honestly - your draftsmanship is superb, but you are not getting the character right. It is all in the mouth in that photo - and the sketch is way out... it should be sadder/sulky and leaning left - not right.
