"She lost her husband when he caught her having an affair with a tennis instructor" 😂😂😂
and now she's after the golf pro !
@@CoCo-eu1hg He's always right! Even when he's wrong 😀
@@CoCo-eu1hg nobody would say Larry is wrong lol, the idea of someone being a widow because their divorced husband of 10 years died is absurd
Reminds of Amanda De Santa!
🤣🤣🤣
It's like the older he gets, he's less of the social assassin and more the social executioner.
Forgive me, but apart from the method of "death", what's the difference?
@@phily8093 The assassin is discreet and vengeful, the executioner wants the massacre to be seen by the mass.
@@fernandofigueirinhas1964 fair enough.
Nah, he's a social Attila the Hun, you want to know the linguistic definition lol?
more like the social suicide bomber
Admit it: We are always on Larry's side when he exposes these phonies and frauds!
Yes, true, but not so much on his side when he plays similar gamesmanship with his own ruses. And he's had plenty of shady ruses, right?
I can't speak for others, but I am.
I admit nothing.
Most def, I'm on Larry's side most of the time.
I've been on Larry's side every single time, except for the cutting the buffet line to get seconds rule. His one fail.
The most unrealistic thing about this show is the fact none of the bystanders ever laugh. I would be in tears if I was a table over from this confrontation 😂
I heard Larry say at one point that often he leaves laughing in the show when it's people improvising conversation, because he hates that in other shows, people never laugh when funny things happen. For example in this when Leon says "I put the holes in the doughnuts" that's Larry actually laughing.
Good point!
It would draw attention from the scene
the most unrealistic thing about this show is that no one ever punched him in the mouth
Unrealistic for bystanders not to laugh? No, they are actually "straight-men" to Larry's antics. Their seriousness makes the bit funnier.
"You are not the widow, you are the ex-wife of a dead man" 💀
WHY DO YOU FEEL THE COMPULSION TO QUOTE A LINE THAT WE CAN HEAR AND ENJOY FOR OURSELVES?. WERE YOU DROPPED ON YOUR BONCE AS A BABY, PROBABLY DELIBERATELY.
I get immense joy from seeing Larry calling people out for their BS.
California, Hollywood. All fakes, phonies, pedophiles, drug addicts etc. No wonder people leave that place. I will take the East Coast over that garbage in ANY lifetime.
We all do bud, that’s why we are here
As always, Larry calling people out on their BS. This is perfect as well because the woman is so smug and actually thinks she's right about it, has deluded herself into thinking she's somehow NOT in the wrong.
Aww .. come on. This isn’t a philosophy class. She was not attractive and that’s what made you and Larry decide she was smug…..
And something is not more not something, even when NOT is capitalized. The poor lady must have died when she read your comment.
Right on! I just said this in my head.
you just described every opponent Larry has ever faced. they have ALL deluded themselves into thinking they are right and the victim of every situation he's in.
Yea tipical weman lol
Female privilege
I love how Jeff already knew. He was like, "Oh, this is gonna be good!"
nothing like an angry, frustrated Irishman who's completely done with the petty, impossible demands of a bratty primadonna method actor to lift one's spirits
i am surprised more people do not mention him he is a class act absolutely hilarious and he is right pretty much all the time also the whole puff city line? puff means gay in the UK i think that joke was snuck in and it is hilarious
“He’s lookin for a 70s vibe” absolutely put me in the grave
I was already dead at "Too 90s."
"what's too fuckin vegan mean?"
Love how direct Larry is with this situation.
@@shewholaughslastyes, he did deserve it more than her because his order came in first. However, the staff decided to give it to Ruth instead based solely on the sob-story of being a widow. She’s being manipulative and shneaky, therefore he 100% deserves it more than her BS’ing ass
The "He's just like Sol" line by the "widow" at the end, proves Larry's point completely. She didn't give a single shit about her ex
LD is always right so yes!
Larry's the man people love to hate. He's such a boss. You can tell by the way he walked off after they started to shout at him lol he said "Ahh, give me a break!"
Gotta love Larry...and he'll sit, have his lunch like nothing happened.
I love how much Larry loves Leon. Genuine admiration.
Larry is the king. Says everything we want to say, sometimes takes his lumps, sometimes comes out on top. Never cares. A role model!
This episode deserves an Emmy. A hit parade of lines and delivery.
This whole season has been one of the best
2:35 “I made the holes” lmfao
@@seabassdarapper I didn’t really like the first couple episodes. But around 5 or so it picked up for me.
Speaking of which, this past season just got nominated for a boatload of Emmys.
WELL DESERVED, La! Pritty PRITTY awesome.
YOU GIVE THOSE OUT FOR BREATHING, NO VALUE OR WORTH LEFT IN THEM NOW.
“You’re trying to get Widow privileges” 🤣🤣
Tracy Ullman is the PERFECT addition to the CYE crew!!
In the club lunch scene, they are genuinely laughing at J.B. Smoove's antics, you can just see it.
The hand puppet! Keep this Irish guy on the show. Hilarious!! 😂🍀
Right? Ridiculous!
Definitely. And Leon is priceless as always.
I am a real Irish guy, at first I thought the accent was overdone but it got better .....
pretty, pretty good.
@@johncollins5552 The actor is a Paddy, though I thought he was putting on a brogue. Very hammy.
@Lee Gee
OMG! I can't believe you said the P-word!
I love how Leon is so dressed up with his gold chains for golf clubbin.. 🤣
The Irish guy was friggin' hysterical.
🤣🤣🤣🤣 "He didn't even give me gas money!"
Stan the Irish man needs to have a lot of scenes with leon..it would be pretty pretty pretty good
OMG nobody cares about stan
@@justicedemocrat9357 you ok hun? You seem off
Up the dubs!!
I use to remember Larry as the Seinfeld co-creator.
Now he’s the genius behind this show.
Supporting cast is unreal as well.
Awesome 👏
Unlike Jerry, Larry moved on. I think it's clear who the true genius of Seinfeld is.
@@Ray_D_Tutto And? Jerry did the show and never wanted to do another. He’s been offered many times. He’s made almost a billion dollars and gets to do whatever he wants, I think he’s content.
Btw, even by Larry’s own admission, he was not a good standup and was fired or quit any job he had. Without Jerry being offered a show and talking to Larry about it, we might not even know of Larry David at all. They both were very lucky to have known each other.
@@watchreport good point always thought Larry was the brains but it does seem like they need each other
Larry is Elaine Jerry George and Kramer in 1….ijs
I really do enjoy and think Curb is so much better than Seinfeld. So much easier to relate to and thus be involved with the narrative.
“Merit badge in intercourse,” hilarious. RL looks like Lazarus with a face lift.
That’s in insult to Lazarus
I can't believe he outlived Einstein
*Methuselah
Larry is the best! I wish I had a friend just like him , I would be on the floor laughing if I was there😆
I'm like that. Gets me in trouble all the time!
Would you really be laughing at the widow?
Larry is also a jew guy with SS Solider in his profile picture....
@luis collazo Probably. They were divorced for years! She can't act like a victim in the same way as if she was still married to him. I wouldn't say anything to her myself but if I was there and knew the situation and heard Larry say that yes I'd be on the floor laughing.
@@nateg9770 😂😅
I dated a woman who left her husband and before they got divorced, he died. She told everyone she was a grieving widow. It drove me crazy.
That sounds pretty pretty pretty good.
Classic Larry.
"I tapped the lady that made the holes" hahaha! Oh Leon.
He is absolutely 100% correct!
Tracey Ullman is absolutely hilarious in her role. She and David are the comic duo we need. I hope she can come back in a reoccurring role
she lost her husband when he found her with the tennis instructor……….great great response…
Widow privileges. Once again Larry is 100% right
That walk back to the table and the accompanying wave to the haters was priceless
RIP Richard Lewis! Thanks for every joyous laughs you gave with every season
I had to chuckle at this. My ex husband died a few years back...all this time i could have been invoking my 'widow' privileges and i didn't know !! 😅 RIP Andrew miss ya muchly ❤
LOL the whole restaurant interjecting at the end was perfect 😂
Dude, Leon sometimes has the dopest clothes, that white button up looks good.
Yeah. I coveted that, too.
This is probably got to be one of the best scenes in Larry David. Really captures the whole essence of the show...😆
NO Hesitation is getting up. Everyone at the table knows what's coming. It only would have been better if they all started packing their stuff because they knew there would be booing.
Larry is just getting better and better! Thank you, Sir.
The prop master was a big highlight of the season. Bloody hilarious.
As an Irishman, it's great to see an upstart Irish actor in a big HBO show like CYE. He stole the show this episode, of anyone likes Stan's scenes in this episode it's very in line with the great Irish comedy films of the 90s like 'the snapper' or 'the van' or even the more the 03' 'intermission'. Something about the casting choice in this makes me think Larry saw those movies, comedy genius notices comedy genius
The dolphin-friendly line might be my favorite this season.
Dude kill the irishman was pretty good
An Irishman rooting for Chelsea. I think in the Twilight Zone.. 😅😅
He was top notch hilarious
I didn't care much for the prop guy character
I love Larry more and more with every episode.
"I made the holes" I have a strong feeling that was improv and Larry loved it!
2:02 -This scene is priceless 🤣 Leon hilarious this season
Leon is living the best life in these later seasons
“Too vegan! What does too f’ing vegan mean, Larry?!”
As a vegan, this comment really floored me! 😂
And, it gets funnier the more you think about it :D
I hope you start eating better. I love vegetables but humans aren't meant to be herbivores, we're omnivores and only eating vegetables is a very inefficient way to get all tye amino acids you need. Plus, think about the poor plants that are just ripped to pieces lol.
@@dickJohnsonpeter Thanks for your concern. I’m 71 years old and feel like 41. I do all sorts of exercise. I’ve been weight training since 1966. And as the great Bill Pearl let us know, you can build muscle on a vegetarian diet. I know that for a fact. It happened to me. Anyway, have a great day. 😉
Same! I died laughing
Arguments + Confrontations make this a Great show. The acting is so genuine and believable. Brilliant show. 🙌👏😀
I get the feeling Larry David could keep coming up with new material forever.
SEASON 12 COMIN’!!! 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
I'm with Larry on this one too.
This man and Collin Farrell need to be brothers in a movie 😂
lol at the end you can hear her say " i died just like saul"
Larry is the best, says what we all think. "She lost her husband when he caught her having an affair with the tennis pro" 😆😆
❤
You do know it’s a television show, no?
Hey that’s John Hansen the fantasy football guru 😂 at 4:29
She did not deserve that lobster dish,
her ex-husband was not her 'lobster'.
I think Phoebe would agree.
I love Larry. Never afraid to speak his mind.
The world needs more Larry's.
I so wished they would have kept the 'throwing napkin on chair before confronting someone in a restaurant' gag in this scene.
That is the kinda line we all dream of being able to walk away after dropping. I mean I would be smiling every night after thinking that up.
Zach Reino and Jessica McKenna were surprising to see in this show... normally they're singing some crazy improvised stories and here they're so subtle. I hope they get big in the future.
Larry's walk back to his table is so casual and perfectly dismissive
2:35 “I made the holes! You understand?”
LMFAO. Freaking brilliant. How is no one praising this writing part lol
Its Unscripted that's why the shows amazing.. when Larry is laughing, he's really laughing at JB's antics and story
Yeah, the show is improved, so no writing took place. They have an outline of what is supposed to happen, but the actor comes up with his own lines for that scene.
He says " I tapped the lady that made the holes!"
I'm with Larry on this one
@@GoogleAccount-kj7bq depends.....sometimes Larry is a bit much
1:17 Interesting that the Irish guy’s job is to just look for things like chips, mugs, glasses and such for the actors, but he can afford a house in that affluent county.
His wife could be rich. But yeah in Santa Monica you need millions of dollars so it's quite far fetched, even though they don't make bad money it's not as much as the celebs they'd have to fight for those houses!
His vast inheritance in old money helps the dude pursue his dream job.
Larry is the best, all his thoughts and comments. Everyone should be like him calling all the assholes in the world out. Keep it coming.
The Social Assassin strikes without warning the victim.
a genuine laugh out loud from larry david...........brilliant show!!
I don't know if anyone else can hear it too, but at the end after Larry walks away from the table and the whole room is in an uproar, you can barely hear the "widow" say "He's just like Saul" in reference to Larry.
I so feel for Larry . The world is filled with psychos. And the sheep fall for their b.s. This show is more a running documentary than it is HBO comedy.
PERHAPS IT IS YOU WHO NEEDS THE PSYCH APPOINTMENTS BELIEVING THAT BS.
because you’re so enlightened right?
found the guy who pretends he's a widow to get things he wants
So you agree that people should lie about being widows and pretend to be a widow to get free stuff? is that your point?@@Thrillkilled
I love this conversation so much at 2:00 it’s so relatable when I see a 17 year old male that got with a teacher and then complain 🤦♂️
LD: You saying you are a widow to get widow privileges lol had me in stitches lol
I love CYE as you never feel bad for Larry, he always has it coming lol
Larry's the best and have balls of steel ☝
Larry is gold 😂😂😂
Love how he triumphantly walked away waving the hand.
Lol at the end, "He's just like Saul."
Brilliant! Well done Larry.
Larry's genuine laugh, not acting! Igor from Eastern Europe Laughs Out Loud
He creates all the situations that everyone wishes they could confront as his character does.
It’s the wobble in his walk that displays such indifference, so funny!
“You’re not a widow, you’re the ex-wife of a dead man!”
The more I watch Larry the more I admire him, he was right about the ex-widow, but society won’t out loud call her out…I wish I could be more like Larry 😊
Larry in full bloom. Priceless.
Damn …..Richard looks like he is ready for assisted living.
We had a woman at my work who was pretty rude and nasty but nobody ever put her in her place. Everyone tipped toed around her. This is why we need Larry’s in this world. Maybe she wouldn’t have been pulling this crap in her 50’s if someone had set her straight years ago.
The "gimme a break" at the end with the hand wave..im dying 😂😂😂
Larry definitely looks like he wants to bust out laughing every time Leon talks! And the way Larry laughs…He looks like a ventriloquist dummy! 😆
I can’t get enough of Curb!!! Sense when ever it started 2002 or something! I hope he continues until he can’t work do to his age
I thinks it’s amazing that Lewis is still going. I mean he died 28 years ago. His corpse still going is interesting
waiter politeness is baffling to me and an absolute culture shock as a german. wonderful
Lmfao i love me some larry!! That ending
2:36 That Skeletor-laugh is Larry's real laugh.
I love Larry’s walk off omg. Lmfaoo
Larry is a savage its fantastic
I cried when he strangled the bag of chips.
Larrrrry u have no chill my friend! 😅😅😅
the way he struts out of there with no fucks to give is fantastic.
Stolen widowhood.
