How can someone build and event centre in a residential area. Like @Geez Cruzz stated how will the people living in this vicinity cope with the noise pollution and disturbance when there’s an event going on here. No wonder OBASEKI said there is no building structures for people building homes and business centres in EDO state. You don’t build such structures in a residential area.. there’s a difference between industrial area to build stuff like this and a residential area… this is very unwise and inconsiderate of the owner.😢😢😢 . I think the the EDO STATE AGENCY incharge of building approval should look into this …
