The main symptom of a spinal deformity is an abnormal curvature of the back. In kyphosis, the upper back is abnormally rounded. In scoliosis, the spine is curved to either side, and an exaggerated inward curve of the low back is known as lumbar lordosis.
In addition to this, a spinal deformity can cause severe pain in the back, which especially increases with movement. The cause of this pain is compression of the spinal cord or its nerves. Sometimes spinal deformity can cause compression of inner organs and disorders of their functions. In severe cases, it can affect your lungs, heart, nerves, and other tissues.
Some symptoms occur only with certain types of spinal deformities. For example, in scoliosis, the ribs may be more prominent on one side due to the rotation of the spine from its usual position.
Kyphosis deformity of the spine and immobility of the thoracic region can cause forward positioning of the head compared to the rest of the body.
In lordosis, a large gap occurs between the lumbar region of the spine and the floor when you lie on your back. It results in chronic pain and tightness in the back.

Make your focus your feet. Every step, make a conscious effort to recognize how your feet are landing and how you're pushing off. DO THIS EVERYDAY. This will lead to how you are using your feet, calves, knees, and hips. But only after you have felt how your feet can you move, that you can move onto the next part. Take time with your feet. They are the structure that holds you everyday. Understand how feet are supposed to work and learn to realize the movements you are making that's making your posture worse. Once you are familiar with your feet, you can begin to work the tight hip flexors. This is fixed by pushing your knees out but passed your toes with your hips aligned with your shoulders as you squat. Back straight, head up, chest out, shoulders relaxed and back. Notice where your weight is on your feet. Make your sure your feet are shoulder length apart and with the feet spread slightly outwards. For a full squat, you must do this in order for your hips to allow for full rotation. FOCUS ON HOW YOUR FEET.

This is exactly the comment i was looking for. I have nerve numbness from past injuries that has made me unaware of how i was moving my body, and focusing on the feet with the flat plane of the ground showed how much differently i was moving. One thing i would add though, is when you find that plane with the ground, also create one with your eye level with respect to the ground. The nerve numbness in my neck made my head tilt which altered the plane of my eyes to be unparallel to the ground. Causing my perception of my feet to the ground to be thrown off unknowingly.
I found that once i focused on my eye level AND feet level, i was able to gain better control of my body and am working on more proprioceptive exercises. Still an ongoing battle. You HAVE to so it all day every day like you said

Okay I could feel my spine was going to one side. I showed my grandma and sister. Now it's affecting my sleep, digestion, and work. I am going in the hospital next week because I have work tomorrow.

I have lordosis but I get sharp pains that shoot up my lower back and to my hips. I just tried to run on treadmill and I immediately felt a sharp shooting pain in my hips and low back. So I stopped because I got scared. Sometimes when I inhale I get the same sharp pain. Should I go to the doctor? Anyone think it’s more than just lordosis?
