@@tyronestephenson3853 Killmonger is traditionally a villain, AND although there's no overt romance shown, I suspect T'Challa being told a "woman of light" is to be his baby mama that when he tries to get with Ororo, Killmonger won't exactly be cool with it.
Even if they aren't going to be romantic rivals, Killmonger is typically Black Panther's nemesis.

I'm here for it. SUPER happy to see a mixture of humility and confidence on display from King T'chala. It would be easy to show skill and/or brute force or savagery. I'm just really happy to see this side of him - the Wise and Open-minded King focussed on doing what he 'has to do' to uncover the truth and make the best decision he can for his people. Even in war, he's keeping focussed on what it's all for, not just trying to race through the information so he can punch something. Just super dope to see him written like this.

I don’t understand the continuous need to make it seem like Wakanda and the black panther owe the world something. The best way to have them stop being isolated is for global threats to force them out. Trying to preach that they need to protect all black people because they are black is a very American view of how Africa actually functions politically. Once again, black people are not a monolith.

So say you want Wakanda to be open so Other country can rob and use them sound like true American they’ve been doing this to Africa for a long time
Its a side effect of decades worth of Marvel writing spilling over into basically every continuity.
Basically a lot of stories would have either been significantly better off in effect, or would have outright never happened had Wakanda actually ever decided to not be hardcore Isolationist unless provoked. Which is constantly referenced in meta commentary in comics.
The irony in what you say is there are Multiple global threats that needed to force them into action before, but they always revert back into their Isolationist ways.
Preaching they need to protect the black community is more a Symptom of the cultural firestorm of the black panther movie. Originally Wakanda and such stood for the *pinnacle* of African culture and what it could possibly achieve, but after that movie, it forcefully propped up Black panther and Wakanda to this super high pedistal its placed itself on now... which is oddly paradoxical considering Wakanda Marvel is still completely unwilling to break Wakanda from hardcore isolationism, despite tying it so deeply into Civil rights/Racism arguments.
Said the same, but its the troupe thay writers always fall too. Same with spiderman always sufferings
