It is a lot of working keeping up with everything in the home. We're empty nesters and it's still a lot of work lol. Kudos to you for having a plan and working on it. I don't know that I could keep up with kids and homemaking anymore.

That’s an big to do list for 1 day. I’m gluten sensitive and it seems like it starts in our family from teenagers. If I suspect that one of my kids has issues I would get them to try gluten free to see if it helps. I’m constantly organising our homeschool stuff. I don’t plan the week, I plan by subject and plan when we are doing our together time. We don’t do it in the morning as it doesn’t work for us.
My husband and I both have celiac, and recently had to transition our 7 yr old to completely gluten free also. We've had her tested multiple times, but once she started with symptoms we decided she may just be gluten intolerant. All symptoms completely disappeared after about 3 weeks in.
I just wanted to mention that if you feel they may have celiac get them tested before sticking to the diet. Once not eating gluten they can't test and you will have to reintroduce it for weeks. That can be brutal and symptoms can be worse after going gluten free and then eating it again. This is something most people don't know.
I was diagnosed Celiac at 18 months old and I'm 24 now and completely agree with this!!
Krusteaz makes a lovely cinnamon coffee cake mix, and they have it in regular and a gluten free version as well. I've only tried the regular, so good.

Could you do a video on natural childbirth (no epidural) most useful tips on how to get through the pain. Also any miles circuit positions you found helpful. One of the best decisions we ever made was to have our oldest child (now 11) go gluten free. It has completely changed her mood, skin, sleep, you name it, it's improved, dramatically. I'm also GF and will never go back. So proud of you for being in tune with your kiddos!! So many parents are not, and it takes a smart & strong woman to trust her gut and pay attention to their children's individual needs. 💗

@@ASMRKay_ That's awesome if she's found a doc who recommended eliminating gluten! Ours did not. They just wanted to push drugs. Allergy testing is notoriously unreliable, unfortunately. I took her off gluten after reading several books about all the harm it does to the human gut/microbiome & the gut brain axis. After a couple weeks her symptoms started to disappear. Sadly, gluten effects everyone negatively, allergic or not. It opens up the tight junctions in the intestinal lining which eventually leads to leaky gut.

Would love to know how you use the broccoli slaw to make a coating for the fish tacos. I bought some broccoli slaw and usually just put dressing on it, or stirfry it. Would love other ideas for use.
