No, because the charge of electron means e=1.602x10^-19 C hi lena hai.

See the electrons are the negative charged.
So when we write 1.6*10^-19 then it (-19) means negative....
So the whole number was in negative..
And if you put( -1.6*10^-19) then it means positive....
So this is not possible bro.... 😇
