The best & sweetest things Capt Sig says are the natural things like, ‘no touch Many’, which made me smile broadly & laugh out loud. All I could think of is Sig as a Father, repeating those words countless times like we all do to little children. He speaks the same way to Jake which is also adorable, as Jake is like a son. He tells Jake don’t touch or hands off. I doubt he ever has thought of this and likely few viewers have. It’s what makes him everyone’s favorite Captain. You have to love this man. 🇺🇸❤🇳🇴 The Norwegian Way!
This is such a great show. I’m just revisiting it now after so long. The drama is so real brother.
It kinda died off toward the end. It stopped being a documentary series and became a reality TV show with manufactured drama and less focus on the actual fishing.

I legit got so happy when I saw that orca! When I was really young, I went to visit my aunt and uncle in Alaska and we took a boat tour watching orcas. Those kinda experiences are so powerful.
I Had a Disk issue since i was 21 my issue is Lower Lumber i put it back in myself the pain was Unreal but as soon as it went it there was this sense of Relief . You Only Have One Back. When it's Gone it's Never The Same.
Do you make house calls? Just recently had new MRIs of my C-spine and lumbar spine. Bulging discs, foraminal narrowing, and spinal stenosis throughout. Going to see a spine specialist.

That's pretty cool to have a bird/eagle that far away from land, I thought they stayed pretty close to the shoreline, but either way, that's awesome.

I think they’re working with equipment that shouldn’t ever be out on the water. It’s falling apart and they continue to patch it up. I think it’s the high dollar cost to replace. Millions

Yup I had it start years ago but then I exploded 3 at once. It paralyzed me from the waist down for 3 hours. Made the pinched nerve look like a splinter. Have you tried using a tens machine?
The nerve pain is awful. I use hot water bottles a lot, just to get some sort of relief.

No self respecting pirate would have his daughter or any other woman on the boat let alone have her captain it.
@@junkpot17you should do some research. One of the MOST prolific pirates in history was a woman who captained her own ship.
@@leebaileyiii7740 yeah that might be true, but that was extremely rare. During the time when pirates were most common the ship usually had a contract that prohibited women onboard.

Loritz should have carried a tens machine with him. I guarentee his muscles bunched up and pinched tgat nerve more. A tens machine could have loosened it upi.

@@oscarkoop2548 Pity, Edgar a competant mechanic come hydraulic hose expert, oh yeah, Edgar also knows a bit about fishing too. Ed is No slouch and I betya he's a great shipmate.
@@CRAIG5835 I don't argue that fact at all, but u think they may have had some family issues. Hard to say honestly. I know Edgar's back problems were starting to catch up with him.

Jonathan was in the wrong , your supposed to help a person out because it always comes around but you could of at least left him quarter just to show you meant well. I think it was pretty selfish to simply take every thing.
I don’t think he was in the wrong , he thought he had 10k in fish but didn’t so took what he needed to fish that he ordered last year

I mean he didn't have to offer to help Sig in the first place and the bait amount wasn't what he thought. But he could have at least given Sig a courtesy call to let him know the plan had fallen through.
