- Recently, MiHoYo put out a tweet saying "Polearm Impact"... And then I saw Mtashed make a new account where his focus is just having fun on the account in Genshin Impact... So I decided to take it upon myself to make a new account, but only use characters who wield a sword because absolutely nobody asked me to.

Yea, just use Lisa to do this quest with pillars, kill the big guy with sword only.
It's possible to make this pillars without co-op/Lisa but you need RNG to drop Keqing.
I'll add a +1 to this. He solved the puzzle. It's not his fault that the game's co-op rules are wonky.

realistically- as brutal as it sounds, this account could go on forever without obtaining a single copy of Keqing, so I'd honestly agree, he's made commendable effort already.

Just continue the archon quest. You have fought very well. You tried without giving up. And I want to see you progress through the story.
It's fine man just use Lisa, you did it with only swords, you did the impossible. Personally, I think you beat this challenge and its stupid for not carrying over from co-op

the amount of respect i have for this guy. first the archery challenge, then this. i- wow. now, i understand the dedication and not wanting to give up and "cheat", but man, you literally beat it, that's it, only genshin's wacky mechanics are at fault now, you really deserve to move on 😭

The way the game describes co-op is that you invite other players into _your_ world. Realistically, changes made to your world in co-op shouldnt be undone when the other players leave. And this isnt just a personal opinion, the game is designed to be like that - if someone collects materials from your world in co-op then those materials will still be gone when you exit co-op, if you defeat enemies in co-op then those enemies wont be present in your world when you exit co-op, challenges you clear in co-op will still be cleared when you leave co-op etc etc.
Changes made to your world in co-op are supposed to be as permanent as changes you make to your world in single player.
Aditionally, elemental monuments normally stay lit even if they were lit in co-op.
(im not mad btw, and i know this was a year ago. No hard feelings mate :) )
@@ciciamanda. I heard coop doesn't work with archon quests so people wouldn't be able to speedrun the game easily and make a lot of reroll accounts, although I really don't see how it'd matter. Players that know how to play the game will be upgrading the right things anyway and will make the game a breeze, especially if it's not a challenge account like java but just a reroll. Maybe I don't understand something

Just use Lisa. Honestly, even with Lisa, this electro totems are pain to light up. That's very irritating since it will turn off the moment you leave and no pattern at all.

damn. i knew my albedo elevator + traveler burst idea was a bit convoluted but i didn't realize just how bad it was gonna be "and apparently impossible".
main problem was those pillars don't exist after the quest, so i had to do testing based on a very rough positioning on the island, and practicing on pillars in other areas that are permanent.
if only there was an easier way to test it you wouldn't have had to waste so much time on it.
i had actually considered creating a new account and playing up to there to test it (since i've been bored with genshin anyway and was looking for stuff to do), but AR aside, i realized i couldn't possibly get albedo to try it on a new account.

i mean i guess it could have been someone else as well, but i don't remember seeing any other comments about it? specifically the "firing travelers burst over pillars with albedo's elevator"
Why not have your other account join your world? That's a way to test
@@Verydeadbarbie well aside from the ar requirement being too much to reach in a reasonable time, i also don't have another device to run another account, and just like him, i imagine practicing timing with two accounts to figure out if its possible with one account. it isn't exactly gonna give you accurate results either.

Fun fact: Enjou actually means “burning” which is japanese for getting cancelled. So you can say Enjou got Enjoud for wanting touch the bath water demon

CONGRATULATIONS! That was an epic show of comradery and teamwork! ....Only for it to not respond in single player? I'd say Lisa is well enough as you've definitely earned it for technically doing so. That was some impressive handy work and it sucks that the game doesn't allow for co-op to at least assist in some areas of the Archon Quest.

Java, I know you said you were interested in doing a bows only challenge as well and I think that if you still wanted to do it sometime soon during the Ganyu banner would be a great place to start! I recently started a ranged only challenge inspired by you (only bows and catalysts) and on my second acquaint 10 pull I got wolf’s gravestone (Oof) and an Amber constellation (yay), and 2 pulls later I got another Amber cons and Amber is actually kind of fun to play at C2! Currently trying my hardest to get Ganyu and Mona, and it’s really fun! (I use Yanfei to farm ores/break geo shields but for a bows only you could use Gorou’s e)

This Series makes me so happy, Java please continue this It my favourite thing on youtube at the moment but also I have so much respect for him like he spends hours doing something you could do in seconds with a different character just for the sake of a challenge and its so entertaining to see so please keep it up! Also I think just use Lisa for the quest you deserve it ^^
Tbh the co-op puzzle with the two Beidous was so epic. Idk, it was just really, really cool how everyone was waiting in standby and doing their best to time everything right. Even with a couple failed attempts it just looked so... professional! It was a real team moment with everyone playing their part, focused on the goal.
Such a shame it didn't end up working because it was co-op... They really need to step up their co-op game. It's so lame that you have an open world full of quests, puzzles and a working co-op system and you can't even enjoy it all with other players.
The amount of dedication you have scares me

Hey there Java, I realize I may be a little late, but if you haven’t already used Lisa just to progress in the game, you can actually push a cryo abyss mage all the way to the location using it to ice bridge as it will always create ice underneath itself, just remember to bring lots of food if you do try this!
From here you can do the Electro Traveler Gambler set strategy, just remember to bring lots of food!

Java, you an actually use Lumine swirl around the water to activate the hydro monument- you dont actually need Xingqiu for that

I just wanna give a big mad applause to my man Java for freaking making it. I really don't mind and actually want you to use lisa because that challenge was basically done. So it's all good. I'm just happy and have mad respects for you for completing so many challenges with only swords despite the time it takes.

I think you should use Lisa for the electro monuments but if you want you can wait till you get Kazuha, Jean, or Keqing to do it, not sure about Jean but Kazuha and Jean should be able to swirl electro and finish the challenge

hello! i know how you can finish this quest in single player mode, so you can have electro lumine, bennett, albedo and anyone else, so what you wanna do is use lumines E on the first monument and her Q on the second one, then instantly go to the third monument and use bennetts Q and switch to lumine so fast and use her E because one of bennetts talents is that the character inside his Q circle get their elemental skill (E) cooldown reduced by 50% (hope you see this and give it a try) goodluck!
End your suffering and use Lisa. You did it, even if the won’t recognize it.
As a side note, its so wholesome that people came to your aid, I loved it. And please give this guy a Kequing even if he needed her the most for this segment.
