Recently, I've re-immersed myself in the world of Streets of Rage 4 on Xbox, sparking a nostalgic urge to revisit the classic Streets of Rage trilogy on the Megadrive, even delving into an old beta version of Streets of Rage 2. Despite its limitations-only one playable level, devoid of sound effects, and featuring a lone unreleased track (later incorporated into SOR4)-this beta provides a unique glimpse into the game's developmental journey. A treat for Bare Knuckle/Streets of Rage 2 enthusiasts, it's definitely worth a play or even just a visual exploration. To enhance the viewing experience, I've included some iconic Streets of Rage tunes at the beginning of the video, ensuring it's not just visually engaging but also musically nostalgic.
