@@EdfortDuqueif I were you, don’t sell the sellable units sa mga cash buyers. Cash buyers are entitled and kala nila mayaman sila: naghahanap ng discounts and naghahanap pa ng freebies. Instead, sell these cash buyers those unsellable units. Ung mga finance and bank PO na clients dun mo ibenta ang mga sellable units kasi may % interest kayo na ma profit jn. For example: I won’t use Honda products, but I’ll put Innova G sa example. Wag mong ibenta ang Innova G sa cash buyer, ibenta mo Innova V sa kanila. Meanwhile sell the Innova G to us finance and bank PO clients para that way ang Php1.7million na Innova G is magiging Php2.1million in 5 years and 400k profit sa dealer and sa quota mo and may commission ka pa. Kapag cash buyer, ma discount mo pa yang Innova G, and loss sale sayo ito as makapag Php400k profit ang dealer/quota na sana, instead nag discount pa kayo sa cash buyer, so parang you lost Php500k in sale at least. Same principle applies dito sa Honda: ibenta mo kay soundwave4010 ung mga walang kwenta and hindi nabibenta na BR-V variant, don’t sell him/her the sellable variant. 👍👍
