Was planning to choose some famous academy in her home country, or go to Berkeley, and decided to go to Berkeley! Received full scholarship!

JD is such a great young talent and someone that marches to his own drummer! Really creative.
Man, you've gotta check out Louis Cole's drumming. He plays in the same circles as all of these musicians. I'd recommend KNOWER's (his band) live sets, Clowncore (he's the drummer), or even his solo drum CZcams videos. He's so good.

These two, DOMi _&_ JD Beck, have recently totally captured my attention.... Complex music that is somehow still very accessible. And like you say in this performance _:_ whatever instrument you pay attention to draws you in. I'd also like to suggest you check out a young very up and coming drummer named Yoyoka who's skills are being praised by many well known drummers and musicians all over the world. Her cover of _YYZ_ by Rush when she was 10 or 11 would be a good place to start. From there if you're interested, her enthusiastic fan base will make suggestions of what performances to check out next.

As impressive as this already is, his other stuff with Domi are far more impressive. He is actually put out of his own element here, but he still shined thru.
@@scladoffle2472 actually, all the arrangements for these Zildjian performances were done by Sput Searight, who’s JD mentor, hence the kerfuffle between them in the beginning. This sounds more like Ghost Note material than anything JD and Domi do.

Thank you. A pleasure to listen to a fresh opinion from a professional. Yes he is so young jet can perfrorm such a peculiar frantic style using a drum kit sound kind of 'bad', dry, almost electronic, without sound sustain ... I love it.

I just watched you do a reaction to Disturbed, "Sound Of Silence", and would like to suggest another great talent for you to react to. She has about 130 covers on CZcams, along with 4 originals and 2 others that were written for her to sing. Just a couple months ago, she was signed by Republic Records as a "high priority" new talent. She supposedly has over 7 billion views on CZcams and Facebook, and all this with her turning just 15 years old on this Sunday, the 10th. Oh, and she won Norways Got Talent when she was 8 years old. She entered when she was 7, and when the Finals rolled around, she had turned 8.
