I was fortunate to be included in a group of creative women for about 10 years. We had diverse talents - quilters, mixed media artist, craft professionals, woodworker/artist. We met twice a month and had so much fun together. There were almost 20 of us and in the span of about a year half of us moved out of state and one passed away. It’s sad that we’re not together anymore. We stay in touch but it’s not the same. Im one of the ones that moved out of state and I don’t think I’ll ever find another group like that.
I feel you…all you can count on is change. I have found some wonderful friends on this side of the mountain. Although not the same it is just as wonderful ❤️

I would love to have the Halloween memories book. I quilt and cross stitch so I would love to use many of the patterns. It’s always good to watch your video and be reminded that nobody is perfect and that’s ok. Take care and enjoy your road trip.
Anxiety at the max right now. My house flooded last week including my sewing/craft room. It's been hard to pack up my happy place during this time with 4 quilts requiring final prep for longarmer but I can get to a stitch can't I. We had a catastrophic event as the insurance is calling it and it could be a year long process so I have to get even more creative. Thanks for a few minutes of normal.

I quilt and crossstitch along with other hobbies 😜 keep chatting because you are such good company.
Be brave. That really hits me now. 2 weeks ago I was getting ready to go on our boar, then go on a trip. I got dizzy…things ended up in the Er. Remember nothing for 4 more dats.i had seizure, then a 3 dY coma. Then some rehab. I am weak andon meds and unsure of my next steps. The first thing I did was order a beautiful piece of cotton lace. Why? I needed to feed my soul. I have so much to face. Be brave..yes.
No worries I love your posts and thank you for the I am Brave just had kidney stone surgery for the second time this time around it has been so bad in the healing process you made my day thank you so much for reminding me I’m okay and I’ll get through this….i love your new letters bravo ❤

Thank you Anna for your company with my morning cuppa. You put into words all the things that I feel and that means I’m not so odd after all😃. I am more a quilter (using the term loosely), than a cross stitcher, but I should make a little pillow to remind me that I am brave (not on 56 count though😂 - not that brave). X
Thanks Anna for brightening my early morning and making me smile at your new words as I think it sums you up much better😂 I knew as soon as you showed us 'Be Brave' what count you'd choose to stitch it on as you're the boss. Stitching with my left hand is slow but being monogamous I'm progressing but seeing all the WIPs and the pile of mine put aside is very frustrating but I tell myself they'll be even more enjoyable to stitch eventually. 😊
I enjoyed the video as always. The Halloween book looks fabulous. I find as I get older that it does take a few more days to recouerate after traveling as well. It's stitll worth the fatigue to keep having adventures!
Hi Anna - I have a question about the Anita lamp. You mentioned some of the features that you like. How does the magnifier compare to the magnifier of the Daylight Halo lamp? I like my Halo lamp, but sometimes the edge of the magnifier gets in my way. Thank you!
I have to say it is my favorite…there is something about the position of the light detected straight down over the project that I absolutely love, it is beautiful. But not transportable because of its weight and stability. The magnifier has been great for me😊
Hmmm....got me thinking ODD or Odd as in Otherwise Dynamically Directed or Often Dynamically Directed though odd may be negative in some minds. Or WEIRD, Whenever Exceptional Interest ReDirects.....in our family, we embrace the word Weird as a badge of pride and encouragement of individuality so when someone says we are weird, we say Thank you. Recently it was determined I have ADHD . I kind of like the fact I have a reason for my behavior and openly identify myself now. It explains so much through my life. For anyone reading this, please do not take offense in my suggestions. It is all in making fun of myself and in no way is directed at anyone else. Always love seeing you Anna.
