Totally agree with your recommendationd for Bodyglide. I ran the Lakeland 50 last year and tried this for the first time. Amazing! After some 640 races including 15 ultras and 30 marathons, with various lubricants applied over the years with mixed results, this was the first time I completed a long race with absolutely zero chafing. Used it on my feet too, and they were completely blister free, not a mark on them. Great product.
Mixing things up a bit, I like it! Suggestion for later in the year, winter gear! Good advice on the belt, i've been running in shorts with compression liner that has a phone pocket on leg & zip pocket in rear for keys. Belt would be much more versatile allowing any sort of shorts, thanks for that one guys!
I use the flip belt, similar to that one you showed but smaller. You can get your phone and gels in there and has a clip for keys. Great video guys! Might have to spend some money now 😂
Shokz power button would not increase volume after 3-6 months on mine. Replacement pair physically stuck/broke after another 6 months. Great when working but wish they lasted.
@@grantmckay7014 yeah possibly Grant! We’ve both got a pair of Aftershokz Aeropex which were the top spec ones at the time, but not sure which they would equate to now. So disappointing though when things don’t perform properly!

100% agree on bone conducting headphones I use the Phillips ones as my Shokz aren’t really rain proof but they are great.
