- 4片 姜
- 4片 蒜頭
- 2粒 八角
- 2片 香葉
- 40克 冰糖
- 2湯匙 蠔油
- 1/3茶匙 鹽
- 1湯匙 生抽
- 1茶匙 老抽
Ingredients：
- 1.2kg Pork Knuckles
- 100g Red Fermented Bean Curd
- 3tbsp Shaoxing Wine
- 4slices Ginger
- 4cloves Garlic
- 2 Star Anise
- 2 Bay Leaves
- 40g Rock sugar
- 2tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1/3tsp Salt
- 1tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1tsp Dark Soy Sauce
