sir situation is very worst even after doing postdoc it is difficult to get a decent job...
I was very lucky that I was involved in trading and share marketing during my college days so I made allmost 75 lakh of rupees with the help of my stipends.
now I am working as a faculty in private college with 25000 salary
but I manage it very well with the interest of my previous savings in different Bank.
so it is very important to be involved in financial education so that we can survive with our favourite subject.

@@DrAnkitJainyes sir I started my PhD in 2017 at that time it was the starting of flow of Huge number of PhD students...
and seeing the situation at that time I was confirmed that to get a government job will be very difficult....
I learned trading so that at least I will be financially secured.....
and within 4 years I made 75 lakh starting from 5 lakh only...
many people will not believe but one can easily know that it can be achieved through options trading or intraday trading
now I am following my passion which is teaching but for following my passion financial backup was necessary which I have probably earned from my previous works.
Now a day there is no major differences of government and private job.
They are many vacancies in private sector many job opportunities like R&D chemist in pharmaceutical industry,Drug discovery,QC,

Sir I have a question in our bsc college labs , our teachers are inefficient to discuss and explain us why the things are happening while performing a particular experiment. What should be our approach to develop practical knowledge which will help us to develop practical knowledge for doing further research?
in college there is no proper instrument for doing chemistry experiment in every where when you doing job that time only you can lear and handle particular instrument like HPLC, Flash chromatography, Column chromatography, LCMS etc.
Job training period is very very imp so take theratical knowledge first.
