For 100+ years the poms have always loved a sing a long. My granny used to take me to them 50+ years ago. Nothib has changed, but Robbie Williams was a surprise.

That was fun! They all look so happy. I would have liked to have seen some close ups of the orchestra though as I enjoy watching them and you can’t really see them here.
They knew what they were getting into and I believe probably thrilled they were going to be playing with someone considered to be a world class singer. Look at their faces.

I hate it when people judge their singing - it's not like they were auditioning for Britain's Got Talent to get on the Royal Variety, or auditioning for X Factor for record contracts. Right? They make me smile! And they brought me sunshine in their smiles! And they brought me laughter all the while! :D

They're not tough, 4 strings with a few popular chord can strum you through a tune.
Mind you , you need an ear for the Key and the Beat as you memorize the lyrics which make playing the uke easy .

@@janheard3826 Actually they were playing the ukulele - they had masterclasses that lasted months just to be able to play in the end of the show show. And before you say that you don't believe me, they have both said in behind the scenes videos that they have lessons and they put up clips of their lessons. Just like when they needed to play the piano for one of the performances - they had lessons that took up a lot of their year. Apparently, they were awful at their first lesson and their teacher thought they had no hope in learning it in time, but eventually it clicked.

Not for me I'm afraid. The wonderful music of the Ukelele Orchestra is overpowered by the awful smell of HAM.

Irritating to see Ant and Dec appropriating the signature song of two genuine talents. I don't know if they see themselves as the new Morecambe and Wise but if they do they're seriously deluded.
Ant has about much sense of rhythm as a pregnant catholic!

True. Anyone can pick up a uke and strum a few chords but UOGB are real artists.
It would've been funnier if UOGB had suddenly stopped playing midway, then we would've heard what rubbish the other two were.

It's just a bit of fun! Ant and Dec and Robbie are all really good friends and they love having Robbie on their shows! You can tell they all love singing together so let them enjoy themselves and have a laugh! It's not like they're on The X Factor or looking to get record contracts together! Ant and Dec are just two people who like to have fun and have a laugh and love making everyone feel good and put smiles on everyone's faces!
