- Huasteca Potosina; It’s Mexico’s best kept secret but not for long because this place is incredible! Spanning five Mexican states, Huasteca Potosina is a waterfall -tastic place filled with numerous hikes, adventure, adrenaline and nature. We went on a 5 day trip with the Mexican company HUASTECA SECRETA who took us rafting, rappelling down an 80 metre cliff, rowing, night time stand up paddle boarding with the stars and we even got to stay in the beautiful Hotel El Salto del Meco.
