I'm going through the same thing, my neighbors say they own the public parking in front of my building cause they lived in same house 30 yrs, so they have 3 cars they don't drive parked in front of my building that they don't drive

Are the cars registered? If the tags are out of date, you can report them. They will be marked then towed. Also, confirm if it's not allowed for over 24 per park time.
