I was one of the first to buy this card and there was no CZcams video explaining how to use it. I asked you and you brought it now. Thank you so much for sharing your tips with us. Yes I remember. No problem at all. This A2 came early than I expected. Anyway you are right I did how to record a custom sound effect but not a detailed one. It’s pretty easy, tap custom button and it will blink slowly, when it blink faster that’s the time you record whatever you want-could be using your mic or sound effects from you tube. Goodluck

Daghang salamat kabayan… 😊 Advantage ng A1 may XLR port na pwede magconnect ng mic which required 48V phantom power. Ang K1 walang XLR port-if magconnect kayo ng mic needed 48v phantom power. Kung gagamitin kayo ng Bm800 mic- sa K1 - ok man sya kay daghan ang iyang preset sound effects at vocals effects.
I just bought an A2 soundcard. Iba na yung saksakan ng 48v mic niya 😮😢 parang pang mini XLR na siya.. huhu. Need kopa bumili ng adaptor if ever. Pero thanks to your review again. Pinanood ko uli kasi sabi ko parang nay iba talaga .

Thank you for your effort and professionalism I have a question.. I followed all the steps, like the video, but when I record a video with the main camera of the mobile phone and save it, I listen to it, but there are no sound effects... Please explain. Thanks❤
This is a common issue and most likely is the adapter issue. If you are using lighting to 3.5mm adapter or usb c to 3.5mm adapter, I suggest you should buy from apple store. The adapters I bought somewhere else I can only hear but did not work for recording.

But when I use the sound card with the main connections without an adapter and save the video recorded with the camera, it is saved without effects. Note that when I use the audio recorder on my mobile phone, it saves the recording with effects
But the important question is: When I broadcast live on Tiktok, for example, do listeners receive the sound without any effects??

Does the A2 board not have a specific volume control for effects?
As far as I know, there is no volume control for the preset sound effects like in K1. If there is a control, I do not know how yet.

You're welcome! Marami pong maganda. Budget wise, maganda rin po itong A2. Ang Maono lite, E2 at Synido Live 100. Kung gusto nyo po ng malakas ang echo-Maono, pero kung gusto nyo po ang d masyado pero malinis na output Synido.

I can’t test for air pods as I don’t have one yet. If airpods compatible then only for listening and not as mic. Then you need a Bluetooth wireless transmitter for a Bluetooth headphone or earphone or speaker to work like in this video

Could be your laptop setting. Make sure to set speaker and mic as the sound card.

Did you check perhaps when you sing you accidentally turned on the Dodge as that will makes the background music disappear as you sing or talk.

In my opinion, A2 is a mini K1 however A2 supports 48V Phantom power while K1 doesn’t. Both supports BM800 condenser mic.
Good Morning Ma'am. I tried to use A2 for live streaming. I dont want to use microphone so i plugged in my headset with mic to A2 earphone but people cannot hear me. Same thing happened when i plugged it to A2 Headset. I connected my celphone to LIVE 2. May i ask for help because i dont know why my headset is not working on A2 😥
You should connect your headset or earphone/headphone with built in mic to the “Headset port of A2”. Mic volume is on the volume knob (Not the 48V volume slider). Make sure “Recording Volume slider is on high”. If recording volume slider is at 0, there won’t be no audio on your streaming or recording.
If for Zoom, will this be better than the Maonocaster lite? Effects in maonocaster can't be heard clearly by zoom participants.
I already own a Maonocaster, if just for Zoom meetings, will this one have additional advantages? This one has built in phantom power for xlr mics right?

I see. Your participants in Zoom meeting should be able to hear the effects from your Maonocaster. It has a built in power Phantom power i think as condenser mic works if connected directly. Perhaps it’s just your setting. On the other hand A2 has a good audio quality as well. Output in Zoom would be the same. I will include on my list to make videos on Maonocaster for Zoom set up.

Press (it will blink slow) then release and it will continue blinking. Once it blinks faster, then you start recording, press to stop.

If you just want to do karaoke set up. Connect your phone as a source for music via Bluetooth and connect from the Speaker output or port of A2 to whatever speaker you have. You might need a specific cord depending the type of speaker you have.

For me yes it is an on the go interface. Just that with your phone, you can record and do live streaming.

K1 has the most functions from the 3. It is v the biggest, heaviest and most expensive. A2 is like the smaller version of K1. Both A2 and K1 can create custom sound effects but not the K300. K300 has more built in sound effects than A2.

Anyway po papatulong po sana ako sa trouble shooting A2 Pro po yung sa akin 😅 hindi ko po alam bakit po hindi gumagana yung recording kahit po maayos naman naka saksak sa Live2 yung cable ko. Im using an android phone po for recording and a tablet po para sa audio.

Try nyo po to remove your android phone case kasi nangyari rin po sakin ng magrecord ako sa android. Minsan nakakaharang ang case sa pagsaksak ng cord. Kapag d gumana, try nyo pong palitan ang TRRs na cord (normally you will have 2 of those which comes in a package) or use live 2 instead of Live 1.
What is "Monitor" know used for?
That’s the volume control if connect a headphone while recording volume slider is your output volume on your recording or streaming.

I’m not really good in fixing that issue. If that happens to me I would try to use a different xlr cable. Or try using a different mic and see if sounds still grounded coz it could be the mic problem itself.

I think A2 is the mini version of K1 and that’s why in my area A2 is a bit cheaper than K1. It depends what you need. If you want lots of sound effects then go for K1 however if you want lots of background music to connect and separate control for condenser mic with the dynamic then go for A2. Please note A2 has only 2 ports for streaming or recording while K1 has 3.
So u don’t need a splitter to connect ur iPhone to the recorder box if we use Bluetooth…. ?
You don't need a splitter to connect a BT. Bluetooth is for connecting a music source to the sound card wirelessly.

I had a chance to test it today, and yes it works in OBS. Sorry don’t know yet how to include audacity effects on live recording/streaming. I think I need a plug in for that which I currently don’t have.

A2 vs K1 live sound card. Can you help me which one better?
A2 is the mini K1 however A2 has 48V features. Which means condenser mic that requires 48V power will be louder in A2 than in K1. K1 has lots of features compare to A2. More voice effects, mic ports, live ports and preset sound effects.
Example of condenser mic which needs 48v power is Rode NT1 A. If you’ll only be using a bm 800 mic then it’s the same.

It depends what you need, if you want lots of sound effects and voice changer and can record/add sound effects good for streaming- go for K1. A2 can record/add sound effects and not as expensive as K1. I like the sound quality of A2 and good for Zoom. M9 is okay too and cheaper than A2 and K1

Just One for large diaphragm condenser mic which requires 48V phantom power like Rode NT1A and the other mic could be dynamic or Electret mic like Bm 800 condenser mic .

I think most or perhaps all BM 800 condenser mic are electret mic which means sa mga sound card khat walang phantom power nanakasulat gumagana po. D2 po sa A2 sound card kahit dpo sya isaksak sa may 48V mic port gagana po sya. YES 2 electret condenser mic will work po. However kung gagamit po kayo ng DC-biased condenser like NT1A condenser mic based on my experience sa 48v port lang po sya gagana. In short you can use 2 electret condenser mic or 1 DC-biased condenser with Electret condenser mic.

Maam bat yung a2 soundcard ko hindi po ganyan saksakan ng 48v mic nya.. para po syang xlr na male type po.. pano po kaya yun.. wala rin akong makita na wire na compatible sa shoppe or kahit sa lazada 😔
Newer version and sa inyo at maganda po yan. kung mayron na kayong mic, bibili na lang po kayo ng XLR male to female cable.
The lack of the monster voice, sound effects volume control and other features did not convince me. I am still a fan of K1

I really can not understand for what reason they implement many useless sound effects rather than give the memory space to record of user own. The ideal console would be a kind of K1 with 48V separate mic input with maybe 4-6 factory and 8 empty sound effects banks. I still belive that a one as such will appear on the market, soon.

These sound cards acts different than the other, even the same kind due to different manufacturers. Sound cards that no brand name, I don’t really know the original manufacturer of it. I’m saying this coz I have tested same kind but audio output was different. Some sound cards will not produce buzzing sounds when charging while streaming or recording while others, will have that buzzing sounds. For now you b also check if cables maybe distorted or try changing cables. More connections also causes buzzing sounds.

COMPARE TO K300...which one better
It depends on your needs. K300 can record or stream up to 4 simultaneously. You can connect bm 800 condenser mic but not mic which requires 48v Phantom power. It has lots of effects however, you can’t add new sound effects. A2 you can record/stream Up to 2 devices with 48v phantom mic port and you can add new sound effects.

Yes you can.
How do I do that? I tried recording and for some reason, the audio track gets recorded with the vocal. I already tried everything and it is still the same. 😞
A2 is a sound card which is also an audio interface which features minimal input and output. Unfortunately using this sound card, you would have to record the vocals and audio track if you are playing keyboard or guitar separately, then sync them once done. Unlike using for example Focusrite interface with a garage band, you can record vocals and audio track at the same time and then you can do your mixing afterwards.

Kinonect nyo po ba ang laptop from headphone port to the sound card music input using the TRRS cable - yong kasama cord kapag bumili kayo ng sound card. Just use the built in camera of your phone then set to video.

Will this sound card compatible with old magic sings like ed8000 ed9000 et15k or mt-15k
I believe you can connect them. Too bad can’t demonstrate anymore as my magic sing mic doesn’t work anymore. Karaoke songs still works but not the mic.

Anu mas maganda k1 or A2
K1 mas maraming effects pero walang XLR mic port na makikita sa A2. Kung gagamit lang kayo ng bm 800 mic- then k1 is good. Pero kung gagamit kayo ng XLR mic sa K1 bibili pa kayo ng external Phantom power. A2 konte lang bang sound effects. For me mas maganda ang output ng A2 kaysa k1
Pwedi b gamitan ng phantom power yung A2 may saksakan kc ng 48V MIC sa nabili kong A2 sound card
Opo. Turn nyo lang po ang 48V power button. Yong mga mahal na mic na need 48V power-you might need an external phantom power
Hi po Ma'am.. Baka pede po pahelp..kase i use headset sa A2 then i tried to connect it to earphone pero hindi working. Kahit sa headset ko iconnect, ayaw pa din gumana.. 😥thank you in advance

Nyong gagamitin. Kasi baka defective kaya ayaw mag on. Try nyo pong connect sa laptop kung magconnect ok sya baka need a little bit more charge time.
