Hey Shroud! So im newer to Val (lvl 30) and i haven't played very much CS. If you could give one piece of advice to help someone improve at Valorant, what would it be?
I used to play tons of siege and I play a ton of Tarkov, but want to get good at Valorant.

@@LordArtorias793 If you are acctualy serious, it does make some sence. But, in addition, you would need to invest 20-30 min in Deathmatch to build good habits(not guardian explict ones, you should do that when playing vandal etc too). These good habits include strafing instead of crouching, going for Headshots, being calm, not gripping your mouse too hard(with as much pressure as an egg).
You should focus on one of the ones above at once, not all of them.
If you want to go more in depth there is a of videos on that(search "calm aim tutorial valorant).
In ranked you optimaly insta lock Reyna until Platinum, while taking every gunfight possible without being too agressive.
@@LordArtorias793 I can only say based on cs since I don't play valorant at all, but watch demos (pro ones and your own) and get mechanics down like strafing and tracking. Try to be intentional with your play and ask yourself why you did x y z. Idk if valorant has this but you could try playing prefire maps. Of course having like minded friends will help as well since then you can learn maps together and get a sense of team play.

I stay preaching that Clove is viable for pro play. You can still smoke after death. In a 1v2, you smoke out an angle and you peek, easy 1v1
