I'm literally tuning 18 in a month. It feels like I wasted my teenage years on fighting with demons in my head and it feels like the world is gonna end in a month....
I honestly can't promise you it will get better right away. But I can promise you are not alone. I am wishing for you to be surrounded by love during this time.
Imposter feelings are a lot to deal with. I was so suicidal as a teenager that I never planned beyond turning 20. Now much much older I still sit and wonder how I survived. It’s by one day at a time and when that’s too much then one video at a time. Every step forward is valid no matter how much you backslide.
When i tried to OD at 18 nobody knew, nobody found me.. i passed out for hours (i dont remember how many hours exactly) Its a miracle that i woke up, with my body rejecting all the meds by vomiting them up Im now 27, with a husband who has helped me get my life on track, a job i honestly enjoy, and waiting for my 1st babys arrival Moral of the story... It gets better.. sewer slide is not the way out, be patient, it may take a while but happiness will come to you.. and itll be worth it ❤
When you started saying “I need you..!” , shouted at “my parents”, I almost burst into tears from the realization that no one had ever said this to me or stood up for me like that.. Thank you, Yami🫂

I'm saying any of this to make anyone feel bad for me, I'm saying it because I was 16 when that all happened and now I'm almost 20 and I'm still pushing through every day. I still do school I have no job my family is broke and I try to find ways I can help out with getting stuff. I have an extremely wonderful bestfriend who is helping me out by giving me money and buying me things I need and want. The point is, is that no matter how hard life gets it will always end up getting better. It could be in a month or years it takes time and patience and also alot of healing. With that being said I appreciate and loved your audio it made me feel so many different emotions.

TW, im 15 and i tried overdosing two weeks ago on my medicine. I took around 800mg, which is a lot. I went to bed and no one ever knew,i tried overdosing until i woke up 12 hours later in the ER. I almost lost my life. AGAIn. And school, famly, etc has been so much. Idk what to do anymore....

as a 13 year old girl i and other young people even adults should never be thinking about such stuff this made me break down i just wrote my suicide note a few weeks ago and i needed some comfort. I was and is still getting the love and support that i need, and my friends and family and for some reason this video helped me very much. And it shows how there are always people who love you and want you around and that always makes me feel happy that people love me very much and care for me, ( i also love food too, my mom and grandma make the best food)☺ i hope anyone that goes through this gets the love and help they need ☺❤

One day, when I was 12 I started picking every meds that I saw around the house because i was planning to do it, but then my mom found out and picked all of them away from me. sometimes I think about it and get sad because my mom in present days doesn’t even let me drink medicines anymore scared that i will try it again..

@@EthernalYami mentally, much better. ive been listening to the audios as a coping mechanism and so far it works. but physically i might have damaged my liver but for now i just cant take any medication (probably tmi but time of the month was absolute hell. never gone without neurofen before. basically just cried) but thats over now :)
