Thanks for explaining the darts. Is that meant to be a bust dart? I have noticed that some furriers add darts at the back shoulders as well. My coats all feel a bit tight across the shoulder and I have considered adding darts to my pattern. I would not have considered cutting the dart before stretching instead of cutting the dart out of the stretched skin. As always, I learn something from each of your videos.
The darts that I split the fur open for were the front bust darts. The small back neckline darts , on this I just cut out they were very narrow. But I usually do the back neckline darts the same way..
