I grew up watching Bear in the Big Blue House as well as The Puzzle Place. Great times.
He didn't bring up the time he first met Lynne Thigpen who was the Chief in the Carmen Sandiego game show series when he was doing The Puzzle Place.

I recently introduced bear in the big blue house to my kids and they love it! Noel had such a big influence on children's pop culture it isn't even funny. To actually see him was a joy and it's amazing..... may need to build the bbh on the Sims 3 and 4 lol

I remember like 10 something years ago or more, thinking that this show was "too young" for me to enjoy and yet I still sorta liked to watch it. Now im twenty six and I just miss the hell out of shows like Bear in the Big Blue House, crazy how we change as we grow up.

I know him as Magellan from Eureeka's Castle and I got his autograph this past spring. He signed the picture in character too!

I grew up watching Bear and the puzzle place. I really like Noel' s work and think that children need more TV shows with puppets. When I was a kid, almost every show I watched had puppets. Nowadays people have become lazy and make children's shows with just a computer because it's easier. It seems to be too much trouble to pick up a puppet and entertain children. How sad!

ravengurl92 You know, now that you mentioned it, I'm surprised that Bear hasn't shown up quite as often as the Muppets. In fact, yesterday I had an idea for a Bear in the Big Blue House project, something I'd like to call under this working title, "Bear in the Big Blue House: The Movie", or simply just "Bear's Big Movie". With this idea, Bear has been literally feeling blue in his big blue house because all of his old friends have grown up and moved onto better lives, like we all do. One day, some happy campers (played by human guest stars) end up lost in the forest and finds Bear's house, which warms his heart to finally have puberty after all these years. Bear also decides to join the campers and leave his home to see the world. At most, I want this movie to be a G-rated feature film, not PG like the Muppet movies (Specifically Christmas Carol to Most Wanted"), and antagonist-wise, I've been thinking park rangers would be suitable.
