Ok so for those who missed the bed scene, so basically kamol (the guy with tiger tattoo) actually drip a few drip of 🕯️hot melted candle liquid/oil on Kim's chest and so Kim was of course in pain (he kinda moaned). Kamol later then use his belt and some broomstick looking thing to whack Kim on his back and chest. Kim's hands were also chained up. But Kim somehow found it weird that he was enjoying the entire process and was aroused despite it being so violent and painful.
Kamol looked like a psycho (a bit like Vegas from kinnporsche when he punish Pete) and legit crazy Mafia throughout the bed scene...he enjoys being able to so call torture his sex partner (in this case it was Kim).
