Group and Email Approvals in Jira Service Management

You don't show or mention the requirements for the approval option to appear :(

he did though... needing the approve and decline transaction flows will have the option to appear..

You have to apply the workflow to the service project. It has to be active and then you can configure the approval. If it is inactvie the approval congifuration will not appear.

But how do you setup the groups and add them to the change?
